The US Center for Constitutional Rights has filed a lawsuit against US President Joe Biden and his administration, accused of supporting the “Israeli genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip».

The Center for Constitutional Rights, a US-based human rights organization, filed a legal complaint on behalf of Palestinian civil society figures and organizations.

This lawsuit was filed against President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin for failing to obstruct “this ongoing genocide in Gaza».

The organization believes that the ongoing genocide in Gaza would not have happened without the open support for Israel from Biden, Blinken and Austin. And to explain that Washington, as “Israel's close ally and main provider of military support failed in its duty to prevent war crimes and crimes against humanity, in accordance with international law, and refused to use its influence to stop the massive bombing».
