December 12 this year An expanded meeting of the Scientific Council of the Russian Military Historical Society ( hereinafter referred to as – NS RVIO ) on the topic « Special Operation in Ukraine and the Great Patriotic War took place: parallels and lessons. On the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Stalingrad ».

During the discussion, the opinion that was approved by the majority of participants was expressed on the need to change the status of the Special Military Operation, which is becoming increasingly gaining features Patriotic, Liberation, Holy War of our people. This need is due to the rapid increase in threats of escalation of the conflict by NATO countries, continuing to pump up Ukraine with the latest types of weapons, as well as publicly declared statements by the leaders of the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance about their desire to weaken, destroy, to dismember Russia – essentially impose on our country a scenario of total war on the destruction of the Russian state.

In this regard, the question was raised about the need to create a Russian Federation on the basis of the Security Council State Defense Committee ( by analogy with the period of the Great World War II and the Soviet-Japanese War of 1945 ) as an emergency supreme state body that oversees the activities of all government ministries, departments and institutions, public organizations, as well as citizens of the Russian Federation.

Following the meeting of the Scientific Council of the RVIO, the following resolution was adopted.

Given the historical experience of the Great Patriotic War of 1941 – 1945, the modern military-political situation that developed during the Special Military Operation of the Armed Forces Russian Federation, Scientific Council of the Russian Military Historical Society

SUGGESTED:

1. Clearly articulate strategic goals and objectives Russia, its Armed Forces in the Special Military Operation in Ukraine.

Purpose – the complete liberation of the entire territory of Ukraine from the power of the Kiev neo-Nazi criminal terrorist regime, the forces of foreign military intervention, led by the United States and NATO, the complete dismantling of the current neo-Nazi Ukrainian statehood as the embodiment of a criminal terrorist quasi-state.

The immediate task – complete liberation of the territory of Russia ( DPR, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson region ) as a task for the military campaign of 2023.

Follow-up task – complete liberation of the territory of Ukraine, as a task for the Liberation campaign of the Russian army in 2024.

Among other tasks emphasize:

• determination to achieve demilitarization ( i.e. military defeat, disarmament and disbandment of all the Armed Forces of Ukraine, dismantling of its military factories, the exclusion of Ukraine’s possible military operations against Russia in the future ) and the final denazification Ukraine ( i.e. liquidation of any foci on its territory the possible revival of the ideology and practice of banderry and national fascism, the identification and punishment of war criminals );
• inadmissibility in the course of further military operations ( before the signing by the leadership of Ukraine of the act of unconditional surrender ) negotiations and economic cooperation with the criminal terrorist regime;
• impossibility of extradition ( exchange ) together with prisoners of war of war criminals ( compliance with the principle of the inevitability of punishment ).

2. In order to mobilize the efforts of the Russian people to achieve victory in the Special Military Operation, we consider it appropriate to use widely in the work of bodies state power of experience of the State Defense Committee – of the emergency governing body during the Great Patriotic War of 1941 – 1945.
The National Assembly of the RVIO is ready to prepare special information and analytical material on the activities of the GKO for submission to the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

3. Organize Local Government Engagement and educational organizations of the liberated territories – primarily Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions – s law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, including state security agencies, in order to counter enemy agents, including from among former and current teaching staff, providing systematic information and ideological pressure ( including direct threats ) to teachers and students of relevant educational institutions.

4. Ukrainian war crimes and human rights violations », « The White Book of New Russia: victims of Ukrainian terror in Donbass 2014 – early 2015 », report « War crimes of Ukrainian security forces: torture and inhuman treatment of residents of Donbass ».

5. In the first quarter of 2023. start preparing and conducting the first open trials over persons in Russian captivity ( over hiding criminals – in absentia ), who committed war crimes from 2014 – to the present ( by analogy with the 1943 trials in Krasnodar, Krasnodon and Kharkov over Nazi war criminals and them accomplices during the Great Patriotic War ).

7. Create a State Commission for Historical Description and generalization of the experience of the Special Military Operation ( analogue of the Commission on the History of the Great Patriotic War, created in December 1941 ).

8. Ensure the safety of archival and museum funds ( including the possibility of their temporary evacuation ) in the liberated and liberated territories.

9. It is said that radical Western « political leaders » openly support separatist movements in the Lviv region, Transcarpathia and northern Bucovine. The text also clearly mentions that the separatists are armed, prepare terrorist acts and want to create ethnic autonomies in order to link them to their « historic homeland ».

The opinion poll of the Foundation for Democratic Initiatives, released at the same time in late 2021, showed that more than 41 % Ukrainians at the time already considered Hungary’s actions as preparations for the possible occupation and annexation of part of Ukrainian territory. Earlier this year, Ukrainian generals – like A. Mogilev, who said in January that the creation of territorial defense formations « would divide Ukraine into principalities » – have started to sound the alarm. We emphasize that all of this took place even before the start of « the special operation » ( NWO ).

Get rid of the « Hungarians » by placing them on the front line of the NWO front…​

And already in the first weeks of the conflict, the local authorities of the district of Beregovsky ( Transcarpathia ) had launched an organizing committee to organize a referendum on the accession to Hungary of the territories of Ukraine inhabited by Hungarians. At the same time, activists of Hungarian origin, living in the region, had sent a letter to Viktor Orban with a request to protect them from the « genocide », the text containing the following sentences: « It is quite obvious to us that the Ukrainian authorities are engaging in the whims and interests of neo-Nazis and right-wing radicals, restrict our rights for a long time and humiliate the dignity of Greater Hungary and its citizens ».

In mid-July, the head of the Hungarian foreign ministry, Peter Szijjarto, officially announced that Hungary was ready, by the « force of arms », to save and protect Hungarians living in western Ukraine. Budapest was considering a military emergency scenario to protect, « in the event of an emergency in Ukrainian Transcarpathia », the 150,000 ethnic Hungarians.

In early fall, we learned that Kyiv’s regime was trying to get rid of the Hungarian element by all means. Including the dispatch to the most disastrous military operations near Kherson of military personnel of Hungarian nationality, those of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade in Transcarpathia. Hungarians and their compatriots Rusyns – also seeking greater independence in the west of the former Ukrainian SSR – were in fact eliminated during the « counter-offensive » implementation at the time in an open steppe area, caught under artillery and aeronautics from the RF armed forces.

Hungary and Poland: go to the old border…​

It happened almost at the same time as the scandal that erupted between the diplomatic departments of Hungary and Ukraine over a geography manual for the eighth grade classes of Hungarian schools. Ukraine, in the manual, is described as a country « unfavorable to Hungarians », whose sovereignty is at stake. The spokesman for the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oleg Nikolaenko, strongly criticized this work and demanded that the « false information » be deleted. He also said that on September 7, the Ukrainian ambassador went to the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and described the content of the « manual as unacceptable ».

Instead of listening to such cries from Kyiv, Budapest, on the contrary, has started to make increasingly harsh statements about the reluctance to support, arm, etc., the Ukrainian part during the NWO. And on November 11, Hungarian legislator Laszlo Torotsky openly expressed the desire to annex Transcarpathia.

The leader of the Hungarian party « Our homeland » congratulated Poland on the occasion of the Independence Day and wished that it would again have a common border with Hungary, thus calling for the revision of the Ukrainian borders. To this message, he had attached a photo taken in March 1939 near the village of Uzhok ( the territory of present-day Ukraine near the Polish border ), representative of the Polish and Hungarian border guards shaking hands on the Polish-Hungarian border formed after the capture of Transcarpathian Ukraine by Hungary.

Hungarian politicians had expressed the hope that Hungarians and Poles would soon be there, writing on Twitter: « Today is Poland’s Independence Day. God bless Poland ! Go to the Polish-Hungarian common border ! » (...)
