you are assuming that Putrid would actually start a nuclear war (destroying HIS country also) because someone said "no" and meant it. i'm not so sure that he would, or that his military would actually obey that order. if "a diplomatic solution" is to be found, it won't happen with him in power. so far all of his proposals have boiled down to "kneel before me, slave, and do as you are bid". i know, it's difficult to grow up as a bully & then find out that you aint "the one" that you thought you were... egos are such fragile things.
