We have county, state, and federal roads in this country. Which one is that pothole on?

Who owns those railroads?

all of the "garbage" pictured around the railroad is what is left of packages stolen from railcars & the remains tossed on the ground. i don't know if they are being left unlocked or if these new battery powered tools (saws, grinders etc) make life too simple for thugs & thieves...damn sure no security there... got assholes here cutting locks off of US forest service gates so they can spotlight deer, drive on closed roads , etc... there are roads in that condition in red states as well. potholes are not politically motivated, sorry...
