The detainee, identified in the investigation as Ballendia Sadawi Mohamed, recounted being dragged out of bed and placed naked in the hallway. "They set the dogs on me. I was scared," Mohamed assured investigators. "The first dog bit me on the leg and injured me. The bite caused me a deep wound as a result of which I lost a lot of blood," Mohamed told investigators.
