The situation in WA wrt growing hasn't changed, as I said. Same as it ever was. They lost nothing.

I would rather look at it as "they gained nothing". They had no legal right to grow before and they have no legal right to grow now under their "legalization' scheme. All they "gained" is the right to BUY IT from the State.

No thanks.

I just want to say: You go Oregon and Alaska, vote to legalize and keep the momentum going. I know we'll have to wait a long time for my chickenshit state to legalize, but that's why gas is cheaper now a days. Thus, we can travel west and enjoy a real fine retail shopping experience a 5000 feet above sea level. They do not mason jar cure their weed though. I do prefer a finely aged, mason jar cured ganja. Peace and respect. Happy Halloween All.

Oregon's newest poll averages are 52% yes......41% no......7% undecided.

The pot movement is gonna steamroll the nation, then the world.

Not quite. Possession is now legal, and the fact that they can buy it OTC is a step in the right direction.

Meh. People who aren't growing for market have no reason to vote against the proposals in Oregon & Alaska as both allow personal growing. Even market growers lose nothing other than client base, and maybe not even that.

Kee-rist. Even market growers could set up like Gettogro, have legal plant counts to serve black market purposes. He harvests 15+ lbs every 4.5 months.

If that's not enough, I don't know what to tell you.

Should have been more clear.... you spoke of WA...that is who I was referring to. No right to grow under the non-med "legal" system...just a right to buy crap weed from the State.

I'm for any measure that keeps personal rights intact. With that right in hand, whatever the retail side does really doesn't really matter.

And if a law passes in your state that doesn't allow home grows....you grow it anyway. Same as it ever was....(for some of us anyway)

:dance013:Vote yes for this or else!:dance013:

Seems conflicted, but it is real simple, and this post says it all in 3 sentences!
