thats true ,,when he smelled my c99 he wet his pants ,,b had buds hanging all over the house it was quite funny ,,he was picking them off door handles to show me ..
unfortunatley he didint have much time to tend his plants ,,the ones i saw looked terrible and when i asked why they were so dry he said he normally did them on a Saturday but because he was meeting me theyd have to wait ,,very laid back approach to growing but then its pretty hard to fuck cheese up
I wouldn't say I fucked it up, that's apparent from Rick's initial posts, he fkn loved it!
I just think the taste could of been better, I wanted it perfect and as Piff has pointed out above, that's not always possible, due to subtle changes.
The smell isn't even that muted as I make out, I took seconds to pick some out a jar and put into a bag and it stunk the whole place out...and lingered!!!
It was still very nice but I've had it better....not to say I havnt seen cheese fucked up, I've seen my mate over dry it, until it powdered in the bag and hardly smelled!
Same thing applies to all clones not just cheese.

Yer fuck the opticlimate it's uses water as you probably know. The best air con systems I've had are Kahn climate control I know the top man and could probably get you discount , problem with the opticlimate is it uses water a shit load of it too unless you can justify 2 litres a min ? And or water coolers and a closed loop far to much hassle in my opinion ... I'll post some pics and maybe a vid of my setup to give you an idea ...

it's a big decision... I'm going to need to revise my shit to design it with individual components... I'm wondering how much all the bits will cost.. il need a co2 system .. all types of monitor stuff
Opticlimate is not economical unless you have a swimming pool or can nick water from a river or lake near by. You will use 1000s of litres of water a day the supply company will think you have a leak or something.
There's a dutch guy that was killing it on ********* with the opticlimate in a sick flood and drain system. I will post the thread if I can find it. But he ended up having to shut down because someone saw he was taking water from a lake near his property.

The way the opticlimate integrates with the dimlux controller and co2 is bomb though. You could grow the finest weed on the planet with an opticlimate and mixed dimlux CDM/HPS setup.

I have been dreaming about the ultimate in self automated grow setups for years and i have only just noticed this new lot of closed loop systems...
I've been thinking about a system I could basicaly lock off and just do air recirculation full self automation so I can leave the whole thing sensored up and monitored 24/7. auto dose . ph adjuster..the lot...
my only concern is electric consumption with big setups. any idea what the cheapest way to run it is? ... it's a lot to think about..

I'm not on a water meter and I've actually thought of adding online hydro electric generators for some large batteries. solar panel type setup
If you wanted an Opticlimate they do have a model that doesn't run on water but uses a compressor so is basicly an air con system.
Not sure how they stack up against the kahn gear though.
