U.K cheese brightside cut ?

Having smoked and grown blazzee cut of livers its definately the same plant I have always remembered since 05

Spotty described the flavours spot on, I love it when it comes out smelling like a fine wine. I won't ever drop it from my mother room

Only plant I have that I prefer to the livers is my purple blues(ugorg blues x bubba kush x lvpk)

Only other angle I can think of is the UK pineapple which I might get at some point in the future just to check how it ranks up to that old blues cut which is totally my favourite cheese type ,, not sure if il be allowed to send the uk pineapple out tho,, it's a staple for certain breeders and held pretty closely,, but when we talk about out ranking the blues clone,, shit the UK pineapple is the only thing that comes to mind

As soon as you mention uk and pineapple the only 2 strains that could link those 2 words are cindy 99 clone because of her fruity pineapple terps and as soon as you mention the word uk and cannabis in any sentence its ususally followed by cheese cause the uk is renowned for it the same as dam is with haze so by mere deduction and terminoligy in the phrase uk pineapple it would be a good guess as to the parents of that cross if not thats where i would start breeding in order to give it the name uk pineapple..

Pineapple is older than c99,cant remember the lineage anymore but info was on bbay.Have read that it's lost it's oomph now and isn't worth running anymore.

Heres another lad who is from my ends who is calling his cut bluez/liverz so deffo not an-unheard of phenomonom... i should probably hit you up on instagram lad and exchange bud to see if they are the same cuts... i had to source my cut from a different county...

Blues is always available these ends but there was always that 1 batch that stood out from the rest and my cut is the result of that batch...

I have strains that are just as loud as my bluez/cut but she is the standard of which i judge all others.. the grapefruit diesel has amazingly loud terps as does the core cut with very heavy limonine and the psycosis cut same with the exodus my banana glue cut screams massively of fuel as does brucebanner#3 but its thecomplexity of the terps in bluez/'liverz cut that takes if for me... personal ting though my bredda

Yeah i can imagine i know c99 was a fast grower with big stinky buds that reeked... im not sure where the c99 pheno originated or what lineage she came from.. could be hawaian haze x etc again though its not something ive re-searched into but c99 as always been reffered to as the goto pineapple cut...

Uk Pineapple is a very old cut that very few people have had the chance to smoke let alone grow.Is 1 that i and many others would of loved to have a try of.

i have been offered the kalishnapple cut many times. pretty sure that was sonics cut but id still put my grapefeuit diesel cut in the mix of high terps and lip smacking tropical punch flava ..

I heard the clone has aged badly and barely puts any resin out, now.
The few who keep her now have her in veg only.

Hope the seed run can bring some new life to the

Hi all this is a superb thread and although I don’t often add anything to it I do love catching up on it. This is the best thread atm on the cheese topic and seems to be moving to encompass other Uk heirloom skunk cuts.
So here’s some info on the subject of blues. I spent ten years living in Manchester from 98- 2008 and in the 2000’s use to get a lot of blues from the longsight crew. They sourced it from Barnsley not to far from Sheffield. I always asked about this cut as I loved it above all other. These lads weren’t growers though they just slung weight and not into procuring cuts.
In 2011 I starting growing in earnest before this time I was doing intermittent runs of up to ten plants. But form 2011 doing runs back to back for the previously mentioned. I asked about this cut and they gave me a number and the name Rob.
I ran the number up and spoke to Rob. I was a bag of nerves I can tell you. I explained I’d been smoking this herb for years and was it possible to get a cut. He said sure and a week or so met up in Barnsley. To this date the blues cut has been the only cut I have bought, cost me a tenner and got five for backups. I chatted with this fella for sometime and he told me this cut was at leased 15years old and run by his grandfather, father and himself. This was the only cut they grew. I asked if they sourced it online and he said no. They used to do runs of up to 40 boxes at a time.
Anyhow maybe a year or so later down the road. I met hemperor online here and we passed each other a few cuts. One of which was the blues I had and he did a diary I think it was on firestax with dif blues/ livers cuts. My cut he called the Barnsley blues. He also had another cut and I think it was the livers.
The blues and livers are different imho the barnsley cut was a lot more uppy in effect compared with the other cut which was more sedative in its feel. I over a few years I sent Hemp a lot of cuts the my blues which he was passing out to peeps all over.
Now though I would not touch Hemp with a bargepole. For reasons I won’t go into here. There is a reason why he’s been banned from every forum on the net open and private .
