The livers is just another name for the blues, and resulted as far as I can tell from one misguided individual believing that attaching personal info to a 'strain' would make it travel further - right in one sense, I guess, but not that sensible, IMO. No more on that topic...

Man,, that's some good digging,, even I've missed EM using the blue / livers term,,, maybe that's where I got it from originally,,,but weirdly,,, im super sure EM even contracting himself in regards to blues and livers being identical clones,, I'd need to do some digging myself but I'm sure he used the word "basement" and "dank" in relation to the difference between blues and livers,,, witch I'd never heard him use before,,

Yeh it's fukin confusion,, but yeh,, i was that guy who put out the blues from EM,, then I got an identical clone labeled Sheffield blues from the guys who sell weed to the happy Mondays crew,,,that's when I just started calling it the blues clone and was sceptical about the livers suffix

these are terms every toker in the midlands will know ... exodus cheese their is only 1.. the bluez cut is a standard cut and is still on the streets today but like i said every so often their used to be this super batch of bluez like nothing else and we smoke alot of bluez and exodus..

my cut has never left my grow room and ive never reiceved any blues or exodus cuts through any forums and also have no affiliation with md..

ive currently got my blues/livers cut on week 7 12/12 and after seeing those pics id say mine looks more like vrg's cut of blues.but saying that foxtails is a give away is nonsense because the exodus foxtails aswell as does my strawberry banana and many other skunk leaning strains... the more you get towards 70/30 sat/indica the more your buds will foxtail... FACT..sativas doms will foxtail the hardest.. the core-cut and psycosis cut both tail hard..

Have people checked your clone yet bro,, could be the same as my old Brightside if nobody has checked yet,, the ones that have done the rounds come with a suffix,, like windows,, or birds,, whats yours called,, i used to call mine just cheese or exodus cheese but after jah and window came out with seemingly the same original exodus cuts I started using the term Brightsides to mark the difference

The pics i posted from VRG and the ones i posted myself are the same clone. Ive got pics of her somewhere offline from a different run that look like the ones from VRG's 2005 upload.

The problem is offline there are a few different clones that go around as blues. Same as with the cheese. Hemperor did a comparison here where he grew out multiple different 'blues' cuts, so if you did get it from him whos to say which one you got.

my cut wasnt sourced through him... i kicked off on a guys post on insta because he used the phrase "psycosis cheese cut" this is the whole reason im here....

anyway a guy sends me a link to icmag saying something like 3 way blue meanie ..blues and suttin else saying this was his thread before he got banned...

your right blazeee their could be a few cuts of every strain including exodus but their is only 1 real if you get me... the complexity of each cut is easily differentiated especially to a conny toker...

Her fox tails will shoot out in these next 2 weeks as she starts to hit her peak...

Could easily put her on flush week 7 and take on 8 but 9 is where i like her... proper

Yeah 100% see that lad but alot of skunk strains will tail... that pic you posted of mine is still the same cut im running. have you still got your cut and whats the terps like..

I can say mine is smelling creamy berry pungent earththy dirty rotten foul atm... the end product is comparable to a well aged whisky or bourbon she has a certain terp that you can relate to also vinyards... im even smiling while typing this just thinking of her depth she is just so wrong. haha

Even you have reffered to her as bluez/livers on your profile if they are they same cut

He actually was the guy who first brought in this thin mints clone we have,, he's OK,, some people ain't to happy with him but I've never had anything but the jigga from the dude so I pay respect for that,, he actually originally called it jigga and not thin mints I believe???

I know you ain't a fan of this jigga clone scotty and I can definitely see why,, but honestly, topin grows this jigga and makes it taste gooooood,,, it just has some traits when really well grown that I feel are unique and really nice,, it's not as good as pk (which you should definitely try),, but it's got something good I feel the need to look more into

she does resemble the exodus but the exodus is lavender/floral sweet earthy pungent dank the bluez/liverz just takes that whole concept an re-arranges then takes it to the extreme..

Like i say i can get the exodus cut if i want her but personally i think the bluez/liverz is a league above

I absolutely agree,, ,,, ,,, blues is my personal favourite cheese type too and I will probably grow it again very soon since I have finally solved the stink problem with a closed loop system,,

But bro,, the cheese I knew,, the Brightside we are searching for,, can you send out that snip to see if its identical to Bs an let's squash this shit,,

I gota say,, this last few pages seems like the most progress we have made since birds and windows got checked,,

I get what you are saying,,, cookies is meant to be a big hype cut,, it's not worth the hype in many ways but honestly,,, topin grows the shit outa this jigga,, it's got better colour to it than the gelato45 and its more cookies than the gelato45,,, but from what I've heard recently dosedos is more cookies than cookies (jigga),,, if hemporor did bring this clone to both of us I do believe it was originally named the jigga cookies on arrival in the UK

The gelato45 is a way better plant to grow,, roots way faster,, buds develop better it seems,, but I can't quite figure this jigga out,, it's got sutin

Only other angle I can think of is the UK pineapple which I might get at some point in the future just to check how it ranks up to that old blues cut which is totally my favourite cheese type ,, not sure if il be allowed to send the uk pineapple out tho,, it's a staple for certain breeders and held pretty closely,, but when we talk about out ranking the blues clone,, shit the UK pineapple is the only thing that comes to mind

Ive pulled your cut but kept the #45.. id happily put the #45 and jigga cut nxt to each other... you get that pk taste in the #45 she just has more fuel and leaves a much better coating in your mouth.. take the #45 to week 9 and watch her colour up.. by week 6/7 she will be eating herself anyways depending how agressive you wanna get with her..

That jigga in hydro still doesnt perform lad trust.. ive had the biggest root ball on her and about 15 yo-yo's to hold up her piss poor frame for golf ball size nugs.. i used to think the stardawg cut was bad but at least she gave up the goods.. its just my opinion though pal no offence... bless
