Just wanted to say his thread is amazing! So much good/interesting info in here. Thank you to everyone contributing in this thread!

I've been searching for some good cheese for a bit now. I have 2 diff new running now. Sadly neither look or smell anything like what's described in this thread. Gonna have to keep ordering more cheese seeds until I find one that tastes and smells like it's supposed to.

I have pretty severe anxiety issues and have found that the cheese (as well as blue cheese) really help my anxiety and panic attacks.
A guy around here has a great cheese (and blue cheese) cut, but I've had zero luck in prying a cut away. I share everything I have, I wish this dude would too... I've even given him multiple cuts of diff strains and I still can't get a single clone from him. Jerk! lol

Good to hear hang about fella I'm sure the fairy will bring you one soon .. I've learnt good things come to those with patience

Peace

Any Cheese I have ever puffed, does the same for me. Calming, relaxing smoke. Gives me a feeling of well-being. In about 2 weeks I will be putting the cut I received as Exodus Cheese into flower. I will put pics in here to see what the experts have to say.

She is a lovely smoke, for me i love the taste and the smell and that aftertaste she leaves in your mouth. Hope youve got a genuine cut, wish you the best of luck with her.

Heres some budshots from my last round

definately no berry in the brightside cut and thats exactly what makes this cut a bit diferent to the common berry cheese twang
not saying this is beter but i prefer this cut to any cheese i have smoked
also when cheese first hit amsterdam it was definately the brightside cut and not this berry cheese(blue cheese or whatever it is)

The brightside I had most deffo had a berry hint early on in veg but not in flower, in flower it just stank though it did have a trait like cali o where by if the ph was off and the plant was in anyway off balance due to whatever it would turn to shit, grew a bit floppy too.. looked like a skunk/haze or skunk/cali o type... (and I think someone mentioned colombian skunk or such like...) ((but anyway Nev could talk a bit of shit fella, doesn't mean he didn't do good getting seeds out to masses ;) )

I've not grown a good cali o :( ,,I've not grown straight coloumbia or aco either :( . ..

But at a guess...I'd say. the one I had was leaning to the the other side of sk1. it's not the golden (alegrea?) coloumbia side . Its more on the dark aco side with a hard afghan backbone. Loads of full bodied berry smell in the wet plants with stinging eyes and nose on the crop. Low growing zig gag with a tendency to foxtail. Loads of purple on the flush

no sweetness in the smoke. Nothing but the best black afghan hash smoke with a with expansive top notes of berry. Mouth coating and lasting stank with a paranoid kick in the direction for depression.

Looks a poorley plant fella. Lasttime I seen aplant in that bad shape was when I went away for a month and left somone else to garden.. It's root bound and lacking in K & P. That is due to the coir media.. Cheese don't really like it.. It's not used to being grown on such a substrate. Like Hydro it never really reaches potential.. It's a plant that organically sorts itself out, all your doing with chem's is ruining the smoke.. If you get a soil test done and you have a healthy soil, a healthy cutting to go in it and good water. You won't go wrong..

I am one of the cheese haters,,,,,although i might have the odd few for my peeps who have problems kipping but i wont smoke cheese...
cheese x then i give it a go for sure,,,
and the "suicide" cut didnt get its name for being a joyous and uplifting variety:),,,,,
agree with mate dave that to get the best out of her then she has to be in soil,,,,,,,,
one plant that need 3-5 stakes is not good for my runs so i only ever run a few,,,,,s2

Anyone who don't like cheese talks crap. It's blatent when you see them smoke it the shine in their eyes like they just had visions.. I don't belive it.. It's crack weed. Even to sat lovers.. You just can't grow it right I think..

With the non functional AS system it's darn good @ what it does it's the best @ it...

Name me a better all round weed.....

coco did give a consistently good taste to cheese, ,,when a hydro grow was not onpoint the coco did surpass it. Soil was good when it was treated as coco. But still hydro was the best when it was perfectly done. But unfortunately a perfect hydro grow is uncommon when it comes to the crunch. Coco was generally superior to hydro and soil when it came to cheese. Coco made it taste fabulous on a consistent basis

couldn't agree more ,,coco is superior in every way on any strain ..the best medium cannabis could ever find ,,i remember giving shanti and howard Cheese grown by me in coco and they both said how good it was ,,grown in soil organically i dont think they would have made the same comments ..

think it was telford 2006 maybe
p.s i will do any clone in coco versus a clone any other method just to prove how good coco is
pps after 2 years of cheese u will think its crap
