what kind of water r you using

Bore water corrected for agriculture, then filtered for drinking.

I'd attached a copy of the quality report, but its a bit area specific so I've removed it. Prohibition right?

Day 20 of 12/12.

Lights are all where I want them now. Downstairs has 2x70w CMH, 1x3000k and 1x4200k. Upstairs has a 150w 3000k CMH with 36w of 2700k LED fill.
Temps are much better with lights on, actually above ambient for once.

I need to either do a late transplant or start to water daily. These 2 litre containers are overflowing with roots. I left it 48 hours again and found two limp plants today, I've watered and foliar sprayed as an emergency fix.

The bottom plant ended up filling about half the cab which isn't bad considering it spent most of its veg period in the shade. It suffered a little bit of burn from growing into the LED, the entire canopy has been lowered by 4" now that it's only running CMH.

The top plant is much larger, it's responded well to LST and filled the cab nicely. The bud sites are well concentrated directly under the bulbs too, looking forward to the next few weeks.

Here's some attempts at getting some shots of the canopy of the upstairs plant without too many black bars, no shutter speed adjustment on my phone :(

I like where most of the bud sites are sitting, I may thin the lower fans a little and reposition some of the sites around the 150w a little more evenly.

And a little bud shot of the end product from the plant in the bottom cab, grown by the friend I got the seeds from. He does a smokers trim rather than a magazine one. Probably my favourite smoke recently, along with the strain in the top half of the cab which looks like it will also be a good yielder.

I'm aiming for a conservative 4 oz this time round.

Dude I swear I thought there were two plants in the fourth photo on your 84th post, had to take a closer look lol. Nice job with the LST bro.

Looking good at 20 days!

Don't be afraid to take a few leaves off if they are blocking buds. I grow really tight so I pretty much have to thin the fans out before and after stretch. If a bud site isnt getting enough light i either take some leaves or take the bud. Around 3-4 weeks is when I stop molesting them and let them go.

So far I've just been tucking the fans under and trying to keep the bud leaves on top, I might take 15-20% away to make sure I'm getting light the whole way through along with pruning some of the lower growth tomorrow. 3 weeks tomorrow so now or never :)

Taking the lower stuff makes a huge difference, my last tent was full of all the same cut so I did a few differently to see. The lower larf really sucks up some juice.

It's the right size, now I just have to work on the structure and let it get a bit bushier before flip.
Next time round I'm going to run a single feminized seed in each half of the cab so I'll be able to put more effort into topping and training to suit the lights and space. 0.7 gpw or 8 oz is the eventual goal.

Would be crazy to get 1 gpw out of this thing, that would be 11.6oz in just under 7 sq ft. Likely beyond my abilities!

The Ladies will get a subtle haircut tomorrow and post some new photos, remember to say it looks good or they'll be in a sour mood all week.

8 oz would be sick

I did about 8 dried an trimmed out of that tent I mentioned 8sqf 400w

I'm at 326w now, 290 of that is CMH. 8oz every 12 weeks would be great, it's roughly half what my wife and I smoke and would save me around $800USD a month.

Hell yea almost 300 watts cmh will do great! Its my understanding that would be a comparable lamp(s) to my 400w hps and of course I'll be gracious to the ladies :) I know you won't traumatize them too much, they're tough though they put up with a lot.

Tell me about it, just a few weeks ago I pinched one in the middle, bent it over and she loved it. It'd be 50/50 slap/laid if I tried that on the wife.

Day 21 of 12/12
Gave both plants a trim today, opened up loads of budsites to direct light.

The structure of the plants is a lot more visible now, the top plant had budsites I didn't know existed.

A few more shots of budsites on the top plant, and a top view of the bottom plant.

Day 28 of 12/12

Four weeks in and things are looking good upstairs, it's putting on weight very early so may not run the ten weeks I'd planned.

Some more shots of upstairs.

The canopy has leveled out well for how the lights are positioned. The centre mass of the plant stretched to about 8" below the 150 CMH, the LST'd "top" of the plant on the right is sitting about 6" below the LED and I've trained some of the lower growth to sit below the LED on the left. These little bottom shoots are now growing comparable buds to the main stems since having direct light exposure.

Awesome man! Looking real good and thanks for showing all that. Nice work training them up (and over) :) I have a fairly small space also so I appreciate the struggle. Can't wait to see!
