Has anybody ever grown other zamal strains like double zamal, kalité tizane or mangu carrot?
What is SOA?
Anyway, because I noticed that Double Zamal is becoming rare I think I'll buy a pack as soon as I found one.
It has become my honest opinion that the ratios of various cannibanoids is much more important to find trippy than is the % of THC
CBG is the precursor cannabinoid. All other cannabinoids (THC, CBD, CBC etc) are produced from this molecule. If you have high CBG levels it may be a case of too early harvest or that your THC/CBD/CBC synthases are not working efficiently. CBG-M (Cannbigerol Monomethyl ether) is a rarer cannabinoid found in some Thai plants. Maybe that's what he's talking about?
Was CBG 15% of total cannabinoids or 15% total by dry weight? CBG is not so rare but usually only present in smaller amounts. Any chance you could post the lab report?
I already saw seeds of Africa's seedlist and it seems to me that for pure sativa's their flowering time is a bit short.
About DZ: I contacted afew of them and it appears that almost none of them have DZ for real.
Stealthy seeds has them but I've never heard about them, nor can I find any user review of them. Oa seeds might have it too, together with USC Double Jam, but they don't answer my questions, yet.
If I can't find Double Jam it's not that bad, coz Jah Green is going to release an enhanced version in 4 to 8 months.
I can wait because there are so many other strains to explore.
...stare to the wall but i look through it because i listen to something i cant hear.
30 WEEKS! Please don't say that. If I have 11 more weeks to go... then I did use way too little nitrogen. Those pale washed out areas on the bud are going to die. I'm hoping for 4 more weeks.
One the other hand...
Here are some pictures of Swazi Red Beard from the African Strains thread that look like what is happening to the plant I'm growing. The name of the strain is Swazi Red Beard, and it is the areas of the bud that look like something that has gone terribly wrong where it turns red.

Here is a picture of a traditionally grown ganja field in Africa that has not been over fertilized:

Super fertilizing plants is a new phenomenon. It is one of the reasons that ganja (and tomatoes) quality has gone downhill in the last 20 years, in my opinion.
Sorry, I just can't seem to let it go.
