how are the nugs from the trashcan????

im debating between cfls or h/ 150w hps

in my experence cfl bud takes longer to finish but has a great stone, is it worth the weight??

one day post man i aspire to grow nugs like that

but first i need to tighten up internet security
i just cant find any straight awnsers on how though lol

IMO the more light the better. If you can control the heat of a hid, then I'd always go with that. More light output for your energy consumption.

Cfls weren't bad though. If thats all that can be used, go for it. The buds from the ppp in the trashcan turned out fine. Yield was descent, and buds were still better then anything i could buy locally LOL... But IMO it was more danker, more trichome coated, and more dense under the higher powered hids, of course.

You really don't have to post, or buy anything off the internet depending on where ya from. If u don't feel comfortable posting stuff online, then it's totally not needed. Come here get your info, and grow your plants in peace, and quit. Many do exactly that. I'm thinking with a 150 in a trashcan, or a couple cfls they'd have bigger fish to fry here... I mean at anyday on this site my lil grow is sitting right above the guy or gal growing with 6k, co2, and one hell of a commercial setup..

I know when i fish I'd go for the big ones. if I'm realing in my fishing lure and see a school of sunnies to the left, and a mud hole with large mouth bass to right.. best believe I'm casting right every time LOL..

Wow I just realized looking back I never got to posting the plant I harvested. This is the keeper diesel smelling pheno with the spaced out internodes, and extremely dense nuggets of trichome covered buds..

The plant I pictured a few posts back was the clone from this lady.

whole plant de -eafed, and ready for harvest... Chop Chop Chop... Timber!!!!

iim thinking 2 150hps each on one plant scroged out cfls on momma for veg

honestly i dont smoke much maybe an oz a month because it only takes me 2-3 hits to relax and calm. i use MMJ to help with anxiety, insomnia, pain[tmj and back pain], and to help me eat. i dont wanna grow really but medical grade isnt available to me, but i dont want to deal with the black market more.

how was the willys wonder buz relaxing? or up?

http://www.williamswonder.com/misc-strains.html the second strain from the bottom is the willy i was thinking of getting, or do you suggest another strain?

Hey idealest, sounds like a good plan to me.. You won't get to much penetration with 150's so scrogging would be ideal IMO... I never ran a scrog myself yet, but I'd like to try one myself sometime.

I smoke about the same as you, but my cousin uses for medical reasons, and smokes more frequently then I. But yeah you should harvest enough to carry you between harvests. If you maybe make a lil place to veg plants a lil bit along with your mothers, you would be able to pull a harvest quite a bit quicker.

I don't make it a habit to visit off forum links, so if you'd copy and paste it up I'd be more then happy to check it out.. The only Williams wonder I grew was the hybrid wonder diesel (reservoir seeds williams wonder x sour diesel).. Fantastic herb!! But Williams wonder is a real nice indica/afghani. which generally would be what those with the ailments your treating lean too... Reservoir seeds offers a Williams wonder, and that was the strain used in the hybrid wonder diesel i grew out... I'm not sure how much influence the Williams wonder had on the plants I grew out, but 1 looked to be willy dom, and it was an outstanding plant. Very relaxed, and pretty damn potent... you'll only need a few rips of the bong with the plant i harvested... I let it go long and really ripen.. it's some really good stuff IMO.. I never purchased from that bank you linked to though. You order from them before?

Yeah price is a bit steep for a relatively unheard of bank. I've seen them advertised in high times, but never hear of people around these forums using them for orders.

The tea recipe is on page 1. Depending on your location you may have gardening stores/hydro shops that carry the ingredients for the teas.. For some it'd probably be easier sourcing them online, and for some it's just a matter of heading down the block to the local gardening shop.. Stores like lowes/homedepot do have some good stuff for organic growing, but I've yet to see any carry bat guano, ingredients like that are the ones you'd need to get from a specialty garden store..

here are a few pics of the keeper wonder diesel buds dry. the plant with the spaced out internodes heh.... Some of the nicest buds I've harvested in a while. Potency-taste the whole 9 yards... I actually lightly pollinated a few buds of this pheno with the wonder diesel male used in the ppp breeding last round. So I'll get another look at these genetics and hopefully find something similar or better if lucky.

rolled this joint to honor rezdog for this fantastic herb he's making available to geographically challenged lonely lil closet growers like myself LMAO

Update on my home made Power Diesel hybrid (Purple PPP x Wonder Diesel).

So far so good.. It's been a good ten to fourteen days since placing them into flower, and it looks like most are finishing up with their preflower stretches, and should be setting bud anyday now.. I got them transplanted into their finishing containers, and will be starting a light tea feeding next week..

So far so good though.. growing healthy, and the stretch within the last few days has been drastic as they settled into their new grow bags.. All these plants got since being placed into flower was water with molasses every other watering to keep my benifiacials happy, and a low dose micro nutrient foliar feeding.

They are still getting nutrients from the organic amended soil mix itself, so I'm going to be starting these ladies off on a lighter high p bat guano tea, and see how they take to them once I get some bud development.

sorry for the pic quality.. didn't have my better camera handy

plant 4 check out the hefty stem on this lady... The only plant out of the bunch that seems more center cola dominant. The others branch very similar the wonder diesels.

Of course I pulled a few clones hehe...

I wanted to make sure if something superb shows itself I had a momma for some future growing, and further breeding..

I'm not sure I'll receive any purple phenotypes from these seeds. As far as I know when a plant is genetically purple like that, it's from a pairing of recessive genes. If that is the case and my thinking is correct, it will not be until I start crossing the best sibling males to females that i may start hitting on purple phentypes in the seeds. That's just what i'm expecting/think to be the case, but who knows if i get a purp from the first hybrid breeding I'd be pleased.

The first selections of course are going to be for taste, and potency... As soon as I have me a few chosen fems from these first ppp x wonder diesel seeds I'll start searching for a nice male sibling with strong growth attributes to get the job done. I think in those seeds the purple phenos will be much more prevalent as recessive genes will start pairing up and become expressed.

PPP x wonder diesel updates. Plants going through a good 2x pre flower stretch. Every other day I'm having to adjust them out of the lights.. Looking damn good though...

Would you believe I actually seem to be seeing some two toned pink/purpling calyx , very similar the mother ppp... can't be 100% for certain yet as there is not much bud development, but I think 1 or 2 may have some color to them..

Hello Mr Postman! I've been watching you grows almost since the beginning. I only went on GC to look at your spectacular grows. Awesome looking plants. I'm really looking forward to seeing your Power Diesel girls once they begin to flower.

Looking great as usual. #3 hasn't got those stretchy internodes, looks nice. I definitely think you'll get some colours, at least, I hope you will. ;)

I like that one too. A lil different in looks from the other 3. And your right nodes are much closer set, and she seems not as willing to branch out, and stretch as the others have.. It's s nice single cola dominant indica looking plant so far.

So far the 2 that stand out to me are numbers 1, and 3.. 1 has the typical strong branching trait I found in the wonder diesels I grew previously, but much sturdier/solid branches then numbers 2, and 3 I pictured. pretty much she's the happy medium between the plants received in this test run. Not single cola dominant like number 3, but much sturdier branches then plants 2-4

I think two of them may have some color them. Still a lil early though, but the first few fat pre-flower calyx's have the two toned pink/green color like the ppp I grow.. So we'll see...
