82F Still air, blue sky with puffy clouds here and there. Two bunnies in my front yard.Morning OFC. Major winter storm moving in here. Anywhere from one to two feet by tomorrow night. This is gonna be fun!
Who's gonna do it?? You did it before an you can't do it no more. Your horsie ran in the Kentucky Derby. Don't expect him to run like that again.Who is gonna do it? Ha ha! I did it before I can do it again....life goes on
There is nothing like smell or the sound of music from the past to reach right down in and grab you by the fucking heart. That shit happens to me all the time, the older I get it, seems like the more emotional I get. Sometimes even a lost dog announcement will get to me and make my ass cry.
Ya - where music triggers this sort of emotive response is hard to deny or avoid - I'd say virtually impossible - as was the case with myself this morning - and it took me completely by surprise - for at a younger age - although I have felt a twinge or two over past romantic liaisons that went sour eventually - with songs and tunes from those times that meant alot to me - and the gal I was involved with at that time - never have I felt it as strong as it was today - and could well be attributed to older age - come to think of it - so perhaps its true - that us old farts get more easily emotional - as we age - and are more susceptible to having a good cry - than we would have been in decades gone by -Gloria Gainers song I will survive puts me back at the dining room table coloring in my Empire Strikes Back coloring book. I was trying to stay in the lines of the Bubba Fett portrait when my mom cranked that song up and her and my sister started dancing and singing loudly to it, into wooden spoons. I can actually see it all and feel that startled emotion that turned to awe and joy watching them.
And yes, as calloused as I am, I have moments where the need to let out a cry will overcome me.
@oldfogey8 -- I have a couple of nice crossbows. If you are thinking of shooting rats, you will not need a crossbow equivalent to 155 howitzer power. <-- Beasts are best for hunting, since loading them is tough and you get tired quickly target shooting multiple times.Bought a crossbow but it was defective(I thought Barnett was a manufacturer of merit). Looking for a replacement.
Funny sometime whilst being a big mouth proclaim " Today is normal human being day ,act like one"Every time I look though the old photo albums something very similar happens.......... means you're a normal functioning human being I reckon.
I still miss ClemenzaYeah -- lookit Luca Brazzi.
Music brings me back to many parts and times of my life.Ya - where music triggers this sort of emotive response is hard to deny or avoid - I'd say virtually impossible - as was the case with myself this morning - and it took me completely by surprise - for at a younger age - although I have felt a twinge or two over past romantic liaisons that went sour eventually - with songs and tunes from those times that meant alot to me - and the gal I was involved with at that time - never have I felt it as strong as it was today - and could well be attributed to older age - come to think of it - so perhaps its true - that us old farts get more easily emotional - as we age - and are more susceptible to having a good cry - than we would have been in decades gone by -
I wouldn't. She's cute, just iggerunt. I'm figuring recoil (functioning gun) would be down and back.I would absolutely love to see what would happen to her if she actually pulled the trigger on a functioning, short barrel, pistol grip shotgun, especially if it's a 12 gauge.
Good Night !Gone 10pm here in London - so I'll wish you all a goodnight - hope to see you all - on the morrow -
She needs some meat on her!I wouldn't. She's cute, just iggerunt. I'm figuring recoil (functioning gun) would be down and back.

Search around. They gots soft spots. She needs some meat on her!
Don't want to get all scientific on you because of my medical background, but it's all hormones, that's no shit. Certain ones decrease with age and others increase, and we react accordingly.Ya - where music triggers this sort of emotive response is hard to deny or avoid - I'd say virtually impossible - as was the case with myself this morning - and it took me completely by surprise - for at a younger age - although I have felt a twinge or two over past romantic liaisons that went sour eventually - with songs and tunes from those times that meant alot to me - and the gal I was involved with at that time - never have I felt it as strong as it was today - and could well be attributed to older age - come to think of it - so perhaps its true - that us old farts get more easily emotional - as we age - and are more susceptible to having a good cry - than we would have been in decades gone by -
