Are you cooking that thing indoors? I do not need to have anything inside that is 900 degrees! Plus mine is propane fired. I had a bread maker attempt to burn the house down, I'm sure an electric one would finish it off I fear! Hopfully my pizza oven is going on its maiden cruise.
