I just made my neighbor get off the 10 ft ladder with his telescoping branch cutter which extended to what looked like about 20 ft. It was too sketchy and I made him get down. He was on the Highest step and could just barely reach it…

EMT comes in 10' sticks. Three and the ladder, or a taller ladder would do it.

I actually did have four and a half lengths of 1/2" in my garage loft, but used them as tomato stakes for my 9' tall Morton Hybrids last season.

I'll bet I have a few hundred foot of emt hanging around...useful stuff but not near as useful as uni strut...that stuff rocks...

emt is electro metallic tubing used to run wire in whereas uni strut is a specifically formed piece of steel used to mount panels and lighting on metal buildings...I have 4 metal buildings so I know about such things...

‘I’m gonna drive up to the fire station tomorrow to see if they could help me. I hate my flag flying like that. I even stepped on the solar light and broke the stake off too so it’s just shining up there laying in my flowerbed. This pole is permanent, not collapsable at least not the first joint I can see with the ladder looks like they ran a bead to hold it in place. My neighbor told me that he remembered them with a ladder on a truck painting it.
