Anyone here had Big Boy garlic?

The wife brought some fresh garlic home today from the fruit stand and it looked big in size.

We got 100 heads of garlic drying as we speak.
Its a lot like life ,a lot of little heads ,fair amount of medium size heads and a not bad amount of big heads.
I see pasta ala oili in my near future

How do you keep your garlic from sprouting? Do you keep it over winter?
