Making a batch of cannabuttah. Trimmings from my recent grow plus an array of 3-5 year aged buds and some water cured bud I made a couple years ago but never sampled. 350 grams of coconut oil, 350 grams of trim/old bud/water cured bud. It will slow cook on low until tomorrow morning. No decarbing since I have had excellent results with my slow cooker method in the past. Edit:I think the mash is almost black due to the Heri-Berry trim. That stuff has dark purple juice.

Happens to me also as well.
Sometimes life just sucks and we aren't always able to maintain sunshine and lollipops.
What I enjoy most about this thread is the sheer reality of life posted here.
The loves, the losses, aches, daily mundanities, trials and triumphs, stories
of the glory days etc... real folk talking about what concerns/ interests us
as aging in this life presents itself... warts and all.
I'm glad that I now have a place to share my heartbreak/ sorrow/ loss.
It happens infrequently that I am anything other than happy/ joyful.
But, life will always throw us curve balls.
I no longer have my people, those whom I loved (still do), they have died.
My family is small and not really close.
So, I really needed to share my pain with folks who understand
and empathize w/ what is currently going on in my life.
If not being able to share here...
I would be totally alone in this time of great sorrow.
I do hope that you will reconsider... take a break if needed but...
