Yeah but that 10X increase is only due to the low inventory on the market combined with low interest rates. Once interest rates start going up that starts taking some people out of the equation, mostly those looking for a place to actually live. The people investing for rental income tend to do better because they're usually well enough off to handle the interest rates as they first go up. At some point though, if interest rates keeping going up to more traditional rates then it gets expensive even for the investors and they start to back off and wait for rates to go down again. If building new houses gets back to what it should be to meet the demand that's going to start to reduce the value of houses downwards. At least that's how it used to be, this go around during the inflation houses held therir value better then many expected. So in the end it really depends on if the market continues to behave unusually or if it gets back to more traditional patterns.
Despite all the theories, we have gone through all the ups and downs and still got more than 10X. It is a matter of record that historically real estate has been a good long-term investment and the supply is limited.

Point of fact, the current demand for housing is greater than the existing inventory and it is also becoming uber expensive to build new housing.

Yeah I used to be on Friendly terms with some Mormons and they are definitely into the whole prepping thing, at least as far as food. The ones I knew all had two year supplies and mind you that''s was for a family of eight kids and two adults. These were the more modern version of Mormons with just one wife.

I read a 1950’s newspaper article about two of my g-grampa and it was said that around 42,000+ people were direct descendants

He's in good company, lots of people have been doing that since the Pandemic and that's probably the biggest reason inventory has remaind low and the prices have remained high. Everyone I've hears talking about rental property lately are fairly pleased with how it's going. The only complaints are the usual rental issues such as difficulty finding good tenents and the maintence issues that a bad tenent can cause. Of course those headaches can easily bee mitigatd if you include a property manager into you costs. Let them dal with the headaches.
If they continue to gather real estate they might need to do that, there is a family member(property management) who does look after things for them when they go out of country.
Some sources are suggesting rental properties will become prominent because of high costs associated with purchasing a home. Trying to predict the futre isn't easy.
They are a busy family 2 children that have several activities on top of school, they need taken to, indoor soccer, piano, art classes etc. They both have full time jobs and all their rental units. They tend to buy newer rental property that doesn't always need maintenance. They are happy and prospering, that makes me happy.

His opponant is just a well known YouTuber. His older brother Jake started fighting first a few years back and had some small success. fighting mostly other YouTubers. Not long after Jake started he got his brother in on it as an undercard fight but Paul ended up showing more real potential then Jake and stuck with it. He eventually started to fight some actual rated fighters but mostly ones past their prime and not really a solid challenge for Paul. Then he started interacting with Tyson. At first he was more respectful and looking for help on impproving his fighting skills. Eventually that led to an exhibition match to give Paul some cred by being able to say he fought Tyson. Somewhere along the way though he got cocky and even started making some personal insults that really pissed Tyson off (about his marriage I think but I'm not sure). Tyson meanwhile started off being not all that serious but at some point he started to really get the desire to get serious back and it became more of a personal challenge to see just how good he could get for his age. If you look around on YouTube you should be able to find some interviews with Joe Rogan where much of what I said above was documented. Now I suppose it could all just be some sort of hype that Tyson and Paul worked out but in the interviews I saw it looked pretty real and serious and even Rogan was taking Tyson's side over Paul.
Considering that the fights are set up by professional promoters, I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't still asshole buddies hamming it up for promotion. I just don't see that extending to less than an honest fight.

My great, great, great, great grandfather lived in Texas and had 37 children from 9 wives, some of who died at childbirth and none of which lived very long.

Hope you are doing well, friend. Has probably gotten chilly out there. 43 here right now. Sun just went down and it's like 4:15. Mom is on her way, though I think she wants to go to McDonald's. I just cooked a Newman's Own sausage and pepperoni thin crust. Didn't eat it yet though. Guess I'll save it for tonight. Heartburn and something good on television. Hope you can get high with your edibles old bc man. Hope you are doing well. 👍

I hear that from many people but I know my son and wife think otherwise. They have several rental units. The one time they had a "working lady" doing business out of one of their condos. People complained and he had to ditch her. When I was talking to him yesterday, he said they were looking to buy either a 6plex or a mobile home park to add to their collection of real estate. He told me they just finished putting a rental unit in the basement of their principal residence. They are going all out on rentals. They have other investments as well.
He was thinking the 6plex might work well as he has working knowledge of the mechanics of such a place and could do most repairs himself.
He said on one their places the renters almost begged for a 5 year lease.

Hey there DB, oh yeah, get high everyday, have for years and years. Like Pute says, " I love being high." Not with the same emphasis on how high but just getting high. Big plus is it helps me ignore chronic pain symptoms.

When your Mom speaks pay attention and get with the program:) Right now, no one is going to love you more than your Mom. I miss my Mom everyday, she was a good Mom!

The weather is trending towards negative numbers day and night, not quite there yet but close and there is snow in the forecast, as well.

Do you use Antacid tablets? I've had a few frozen pizzas but not often. If i was going that route I would buy some naan bread or pita and use that as my crust. Put whatever toppings on it that sound good at the time.

TV is an evening routine. Mostly recorded shows, so we can skip those damn commercials, that annoy me to no end.

You sound like things are well, that's good DB.

Google maps can be a little slow on the draw, they will come to their senses.
