Yep - my high end hearing is all but shot - and I get tinnitus quite often - must have been from standing in front of huge and powerful sound systems - Marshall stacks etc for hours - when I worked at many gigs and festivals - in my teens and 20's - these days - I'm a bit more careful - and walk away if the sound gets painful - I'm half deaf already -
Im not the sharpest tool in the shed .
But Im still in the shed and not outside under a tarp.
I was always into audio and my first major stereo I bought AR11? speakers
There wattage was 55? watts
It was over45 years ago.
I always sought clarity and not volume.
I still can hear a mouse fart😊

Loud music, the military and drag racing ruined my hearing....you don't know it until its to late.

My tinnitus came on in my 40's! Today my ears never stop ringing, my word recognition is terrible and there are some sounds I don't hear at all.

All created by yours truly....

Are you sure Brother ?
They look like the perfect thing for my manscaping regiment.
I can stop using my cordless multi tool☝️
One mishap and your life will change drastically
Positive and trust me........don't.

Loud noise for extended periods of time makes me sad.
I can still hear well and one of the things I appreciate most about here is the silence.
Not something one hears in city or suburbs and is really peaceful.

I cut a lb of bacon in 1/4's with out even separating the slices.
Toss the whole thing in a 5 qt. dutch oven and fry it up crispy.
Easy peesy. Scoop it out with a slotted spoon, drain
the grease and wash the pan. I gave up on that whole
concept of the perfect strip of flat bacon :)
Speed and efficiency is my plan haha
That sounds good for summer when I can't use the oven, good idea about cutting into smaller strips.
