I get up around 02:00AM every morning, but fall asleep around 8:00PM and sometimes take naps.

Some brief ones, dropping off resting my eyes that get tired easily these days reading.

Sounds familiar to me also - but sometimes it's wake at 3 or 4 am - and sleep at 9 or 10pm

I guess that I have to make up my 8 hours - with a nap or two -

They are ‘shitty flip flops’ because I have a wild turkey infestation(or had actually, they don’t like Zig so I am down from 21 to 3 that visit and poop in my yard). I could fill a 2 gallon bucket with turkey turds every few days when the infestation was really bad. Those flip flops stay outside because I am sure they are covered in bacteria.
