I bet you have spent more on lawyers than you have made by selling your expensive funnel filter contraption....you might of been the World's greatest hash smuggler (sic)...but the world of Patent law is a different kettle of fish...or should I say shark....
asking any Patent attorney if your Patent is strong enough to have a chance of winning against alledged infringers and they'll say yes ( what they are really saying is "thank God this gullible idiot walked in!...now I can buy that new model Porche..he should be good for at least $20,000 if I string this out long enough")....what else are they gonna say?....are they gonna mention to you the obvious flaws like "prior knowledge" and the fact it's a weak, poorly worded Patent...and the alledged infringers are not infringing!....no mate, not until you are sucked dry!
personally, if were Bubbleman (and this is what any good shark would advise) I would instigate a civil action counterattack on you immediately for attempting a such a frivolous legal action ....and at the same time i would have my lawyers challenge your Canadian Patent at the Canadian Patent Office....Bubbleman should approach all the other ice hash bags companys in Canada to do this in a group action to cut costs ..together we stand and all that.....in the end I'd bet you that this challenge based on prior knowledge etc will end up with you losing your Patent and any hope of winning a civil case against them ...and there are their legal/court costs to consider too! ......that will be the big killer.
my suggestion is save yourself tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees and keep those bullets for companies that infringe directly on your funnel contraption...but being the type of guy you seem to be ( one that leads with his emotions) I'd say you'll go down screaming ..lose...then abscond without paying costs.....
it's also my advice to start producing your funnel/hopper ice hash thing in China, get your production costs down to a level where you can retail it at US$399 and you should be successfull with it ....at the current pricing 1000 bucks you have greatly reduced your potential market from a thousand+ pcs per month down to the current volume of a few dozen per week (and I right?)...

Funny the Skunkman calling me greedy and that he is going to save the world thru GW PHARM. Yeah Right You only need one filter to make full melt, has nothing to do with bag size, it has to do with ice water separation. It's better to just collect all the trichomes. Everytime I demo equip teach the correct method, show the product quality and quantity, especially if they have experienced bags it's a sale. check out Gypsy's stash box with dual screen frames and side storage area..it's the ideal smoker's box...it's very impressive unit...comes with a lock, a high gloss mirror finish and makes heavenly hash.

and for hash cannasoirs and hash snobs....check out bubbleman's Bubble Box .....which is a larger sized, higher cost, dry sifting box with high level of finish that has 3 different mesh screen frames
while water hash is purer and is slightly higher in outright potency.... it is somewhat lacking in my opinion.......nothing beats the flavour (spelt flavor in the US) and high from well made dry sifted buds....there is a subtle complexity, a "completeness" and "fullness" to the high that is missing from wet made hash.....the high from good kif is quadraphonic not mono or stereo.....and the taste is much better too!
and by the time you wet hash guys are waiting for the ice water to chill ...I would of finished making hash and be smoking a bowl of dry sifted trichomes......lol

there's lots of ways to make hash..and there's lots of ways/techniques to make dry sifted hash too..here's one way I like when I use Gypsy's new model dual screen stash box
to improve your kif quality....use a card to lightly and gently work the ground up bud over the top mesh screen....when the fall through rate slows down, empty the plant material from the top screen and set this aside ....then re-card this rough kif over the top screen again, stopping when 90% has fallen through...set this 10% (which is mostly debris) aside and then re-card the improved kif over the first screen again...do this process 1, 2 or 3 times over top screen frame and 3 times over the bottom, finer mesh screen(hence the term "triple sifted") ......and the quality will be excellent, the taste divine and the high cerebral & complex...this is world's best hash...a matchhead worth of this triple sifted kif is enough to catch a brain tingling buzz!....it's the same quality that hash connoisuers, Amsterdam coffee shop owners and Saudi princes smoke!

Using ice and water to achieve conditions that are good for extraction, whether with or without bags, is NOT a patentable thing. The process decsribed in the patent you gave the # of is not the only one, and once it is changed, that patent don't cover it.

Well I guess we will all see what that paper is worth, believe you me I want to know if it's worth the paper it's written on! Anyone think they can guess results, I will post these myself, this is totally controlled by OGF so it can't be doctored in anyway. So I will post results once shootout winners announced. Oregon is the cheapest place in America for the greatest dope and Ice Hash on the planet. You can not beat this West Coast weather, well maybe Spain sort of same climate.
