Does any one know of any haze competions.....pure or hybrid it dont mater....or have any experience with entering plants or buds into general competitions and how to go about doing this.

What i do normally is run the sativas or heavy sats on the outer once in flower as far as possible from the lights, I train tie branches away from the lights and by doing so end up with fuller nicer flowers because they as in sativas dont like to be close to intense light in flower.

If there in Veg they can be feed just like indicas its when they start to flower things change with most sativas.

I am a big fan of coco core great medium retains more and yet allows for great aeration deals with heat well.

I ran coco runs and that's when the damned fungus gnats invaded. I treated with gnatrol like 6 weeks back for a few feeds and it really knocked them out. Gnatrol has way more BT in it that the dunks.

I ran coco runs and that's when the damned fungus gnats invaded. I treated with gnatrol like 6 weeks back for a few feeds and it really knocked them out. Gnatrol has way more BT in it that the dunks.

Hi Lost that sucks i never had an issue with coco core but i do go out of my way to get the pre washed Clean and Pathogen-free coco core its very popular in the ag sector here now even for mushroom growing.

OJD was talking of holding one in Amsterdam but with covid i think it would be a hard thing to organize but it would be a great way to showcase the Haze and Haze hybrids and work many have done quietly for decades.

It was with Canna bricks. They thumbed a ride in on a bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Then they loved the combo of moist coco and pbp my guess.

CBD is not sedative though, thats more CBN and mycrene that tend to do that..Im puffing on some cbd shatter right now in a hash spliff, because its first thing in the morning and I have teams to manage and I can't be sedated LOL..No mycrene in this strain, the oil came from a fruity floral CBD flower. On other hand we have a cookies hybrid that is uber frosted, sky high in mycrene and only about 19% THC but its a stronger smoke than some of our 25+% varieties, smoke that and its munchies supreme, pass out, wake up smoke more eat more, smoke more, pass out..its super narcotic but its not cannabanoids responsible.

I suggest we add a Haze category to the Icmag.com 420 cup , the most honest and transparent cup there is , 1 if not the only cup who post judge scores so no funny business..

would be great to try some of your best Haze's and finally compare and vote on who has the best Haze's in town.

Get over the fact that Nevil made Haze famous not OHAZE that was available in Holland for 30 years.

I know Haze more than most that for sure.
Ive grown and made seeds with Original Haze from 2000, worked with many of the famous Haze cuts and made more Haze X's than anyone out there so if directed at me i think i know Haze very well .

Put your Money where your big mouth is and enter a Haze , then you can keep talking your breeze like alot of people do , if you dont enter then put your tail between your legs and run off.

The judging is done the same every year , taste , smell , appearance , potency.

I suggest if a Haze category is added that only experienced Haze smokers or growers judge this category.
I also suggest that nobody passes around any personal samples of any entry as it is cheating to try and mark your friends variety a higher score and even down score others and someone was even caught doing this before and disqualified.

Also anything that is less than 70% Haze or not Haze dominant be taken out of the Haze category and put in the hybrid category.
