Did you know the VermiFire also comes in 2 cubic yard totes? They equal over half a pallet of soil each for about $400.

i think i'm getting pallets of Vermifire delivered for about $600 each. sounds good to me.

thanks for the tips guys. heading back out to gold country tomorrow to get the dirt delivered and fill the pots.

Have a buddy that does quite a lot of the Dragon...it's perdy nice. Believe the genetics to be....blue dream x sd/hashplant. Very similar to the Dream...but with more punch in the effect. Dream doesn't get me high...the Dragon does. Growth structure of BD..with less stretch...yields well. Hope that helps...

I have a Blue Dragon cut that came from Northern Cali a few years back. DJ Short's Blueberry x Sour D. Indoors it finishes in 8 weeks. She hasn't performed too well for me indoors, but from what I hear she does very well outdoors. I have a retired mother and a half dozen clones of her outdoors.

During flower it smells like blueberry Eggo waffles, and picks up the funk from the sour after a cure.

Reach4thesky....looks like 10 empty acres there....wtf?

Need more pots? I'm on my way!

it looks really spaced out but those girls get wide and stretch out over the pots. by late September they will be only like 5 feet apart maybe 7 feet but my main idea was to get no shade on anything what so ever. it helps your yield dramatically . my buddy grew some 14 foot blue dreams and they grew into each other and when it came to trim time all the stuff that was touching was small and larfy . they only yielded him around 5lbs each. that's no good coming from a 14foot giant plant. :-(

Progress as the Heat increases..!

Hello Big Plant People!!

How is your seasons coming along? Here at the Summer Camp I am off to one of my best years yet with much thanks going to those that educated me and provided the opportunity to get here today.

We have been blessed here in Trinity County with an amazing Spring and early Summer..we have been steadily in the mid 90s since 5/30 and the plants are loving it.

I've pulled out my OG Kushes because they just weren't up to snuff. The best one got dug out and replanted in my head stash garden...It didn't seem to mind much, it amazes me how resilient Cannabis really is. In its place, I planted the Bomb Threat Kush, my favorite herb! Having 21 of these this year is definitely a pleasant turn of events...

I also added a new garden to the Summer Camp of some old school Black Gold & Sup-R-Green mounds..They're about 2 yards a piece..

I managed to plant my garden of Trainwreck with the help of a good friend. I'll never use 30 gallon grow bags to veg again. I will just start my clones 15 April instead of 1 April and use a 15 gallon grow bag next year! I'm hoping for 8 lbs from these Trainwrecks..We will see!

Back in 2000 I had a buddy who had been growing Blue Dragon . He said it was a old strain from Humboldt . He said it was an outdoor strain but my buddy and his friend had been growing it indoors for awhile with good results. It was some good smoke . I wish I could get again . I also seen it in an issue of Skunk mag about 7yrs ago . Not sure if it was the same .

I wouldn't be surprised if that is the same cut I have. I inherited it from a friend who used to run clones in the hundreds for growers in Humboldt. Indoors it's been hit and miss with her in hydro, but maybe soil is the key. She locks out and shuts down easy. Throwing nothing but popcorn, but still excellent smoke, too much for some, just right for others...

I would have bought the mulch if I had more room on my trailer. That is the best mulch material I have ever seen. I would buy it up if I were you.

Veg-n-out - Freaking amazing start man, keep that momentum rolling.

The mulch over my stuff is the microbe mulch from EWSF, love the mulch, hate the trash that is in it...

A quick update from Fisher's Farm. After suffering a tibial plateau fracture to my right leg and lying on the couch from February-April, I'm well healed with new-found inspiration!

Doing three separate light deps. All blue dream. Two in the greenhouse and one in the field. Everything is in Vermifire. The field dep crew are in 50's, and were moved in once the spring crop was down. Experienced some shock to those that were moved from the greenhouse where they were vegging. They were lifted by the handles on the 50 gallon bags and set on a cart to move the ~50' into the field. I think the rootball was squeezed some when they were lifted..so next time I move plants they will be on a pallet where they can be lifted from the bottom. Of the two deps in the greenhouse, one is in 50's the other, 30's. Big difference in overall health between the two. I'm working hard to keep those in the 30's fed. All three deps are at day 13 today.

The full term plants are in 400 gallon bags, 2-3 yard mounds, and the trenches. Mostly blue dream. A green crack and jack's cleaner thrown in for variety. They were plugged May 9 with no sup lighting and never skipped a beat. Soil is a mixture of things, with an infusion of composted cow manure new this year. The plants are loving the heat and growing very fast now. I'm working hard to get all the t posts in and the first layer of hortinova over them before its too late.

Hope eveyone's gardens are doing wonderful!

If theres trash in the mulch it cant be considered organic still. There has to be some stuff being leached out of the trash when you water.

LOL, you are kidding right? You pick the trash out, and it's still organic, period. Funny shit however, I needed that. (not trying to be sarcastic, I was hoping you were, :tiphat:)
