A federal judge for the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia on Monday dismissed former John Bolton deputy Dr. Charles Kupperman’s lawsuit against the House of Representatives, leading legal observers to demand, once again, that Bolton testify in the impeachment inquiry.

The judge found that the Kupperman lawsuit was moot given that the House withdrew a subpoena for Kupperman’s testimony in the impeachment probe, and given that there is “no reasonable possibility that the House will exercise its inherent contempt power against Dr. Kupperman.”

The Kupperman lawsuit sought an authoritative and binding judicial ruling to resolve the question of whether Kupperman was constitutionally obliged to testify in the impeachment inquiry or to abide by President Trump’s directive not to testify.

House Democrats successfully sought to dismiss the lawsuit, claiming it was moot after withdrawing Kupperman’s subpoena. They wanted to avoid the delay protracted litigation would cause to the impeachment proceedings. Nevertheless, Kupperman persisted, culminating in today’s dismissal.

Legal experts say that Bolton doesn’t have any excuse for refusing to testify in the impeachment inquiry.

In an effort to further capture his base, the president will be launching the “Evangelicals for Trump” coalition in Miami, Florida, on January 3.
“The Trump campaign’s launch of ‘Evangelicals for Trump’ will be held at a Florida megachurch with a capacity of 7,000 congregants, the campaign said Friday,” reports The Washington Times. “The outreach event for a key part of the president’s base will be held next Friday in Miami at El Rey Jesus, or King Jesus International Ministry.”

Though the Trump campaign previously pledged to launch the coalition, the gesture to hold the president’s base comes on the heels of Christianity Today publishing an op-ed calling for Trump’s removal from office.

The Trump campaign’s launch of “Evangelicals for Trump” will be held at a Florida megachurch with a capacity of 7,000 congregants, the campaign said Friday.
The outreach event for a key part of the president’s base will be held next Friday in Miami at El Rey Jesus, or King Jesus International Ministry, according to a campaign announcement of a sign-up for free tickets.
The church ministers to as many as 15,000 congregants per week. A majority of the church’s congregants are Hispanic, and the church offers services in Spanish and English.


Campaign officials had said last month they were planning to launch the coalition, but the date wasn’t set until after a prominent Christian magazine called for Mr. Trump’s removal from office. Outgoing editor Mark Galli of Christianity Today wrote in an editorial that Mr. Trump is a “grossly immoral character;” the president dismissed the publication as a “far left” magazine.
Roughly 200 evangelical leaders criticized the magazine piece this week as “offensive” and reasserted their support for the president. They included Jerry Falwell Jr., president of Liberty University; Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council; Ralph Reed, president of the Faith and Freedom Coalition; and Paula White Cain, a longtime spiritual adviser to the president who recently joined the White House staff.

I have heard that the only reasons Christians support Trump, is not because they respect him as a person, but, because he doesn't attack them, or their moral values on a daily basis, like the far left does.


So post those videos as proof, and Ill share them with some Christian buddies

We have a bunch of them here. Someone needs to produce a safety screen for them. Far too many hawks and other birds lose their lives flying into the blades as they turn. I had a buddy who used to work on them. His work partner was accidently pulled into the giant gear box, and ground up just like ground beef. He didn't like that job. The height and danger involved was over the top

I guess you are right. After Schiffs satire reading of the transcript, every thing that comes out of the Democratic party is a joke.

In reality It was a ding on the guy who posted a satire site as if it was real news.

NYT, and WAPO are way past satire. They are pure propaganda, the Soviets would be proud. Not a fact to be found.
