Maybe Bernie should visit the National Holocaust Memorial Museum and speak to its curator, John Loftus. He's the US prosecutor who exposed the Nazi-CIA connection and got our US nazis extradited back to Germany to be prosecuted for War Crimes. He wrote a number of great books including 'Unholy Trinity: The vatican, CIA and Swiss Banks.'

Interestingly, in the news this week it was revealed that the records of Hitler's pope are released for the first time to select organizstions and NHMM is one of those organizations who will be privy to those millions of previously unreleased documents. Also, in the news this week was the discovery of a huge ww2 Swiss weapons cache. The Swiss town where the weapons were found will be evacuated for at least 10 years. What was not mentioned was where the weapons came from. Switzerland was supposed to have been neutral in ww2.

No, he bailed out banks. He let the people 'fail.' He could have bailed out the people. He could have froze foreclosures and evictions. He chose not to.

I agree. A stipulation for receipt of bailout money should have been reciprocal forgiveness of unreasonable mortgage terms.

The mortgage terms were reasonable.
The houses were over appraised. Money appeared out of thin air. There wasn’t enough real money in circulation.

Wouldn't that lead to the big banks requiring a second bail out to cover those 'losses?' Where does bailout money come from? Taxpayers. Transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich?

He' a corporate dem. They talk the talk and then sell us out out to the big corporations. Disappointing how all of MSNBC is kissing Biden's ass.

The big plan - may as well be Argentina 1955 through early 80s

When some people loose that means other people win. The money doesn't evaporate. GS, B of A and all should have been happy to survive. Coming out of that with huge profits in the end was disgraceful greed. There should have been a windfall tax as part of the bailout. Us regular people had homes and 401s drop 50% in value.

Banks are corporations and corporations are 'people' in the eyes of the law. If my neighbor falls through the cracks the government isn't going to bail him or her out. If you or I fall through the cracks we are not too big to fail.

Twisted version of Citizens United.

No. I think the banks should have been allowed to fail, just like anyone else who falls through the cracks. And the people should have been bailed out and the economy and currency reformed.

That would be socialism in it's purist form? It is all the same money. It does not go anywhere. If the homeowners were bailed out it would have bailed out the banks. But bailing out the banks without making them save the mortgages was giving evil its required due. It got the cash and the goods.

Well, he doesnt say the word nazi first off...but yeah, Mathews is a tool

He was relating it to an event in history he was reading about and making and stupid analogy

He didnt take a step back and look at what he said before he said it

He was also on the ropes for some other sexual harassment allegations

Sanders learned how important Politics can be from seeing the impact of electing Hitler and the consequences.

Early Life (wikipedia)

Sanders became interested in politics at an early age,

"A guy named Adolf Hitler won an election in 1932. He won an election, and 50 million people died as a result of that election in World War II, including six million Jews.

So what I learned as a little kid is that politics is, in fact, very important."

In the 1940s, many of his relatives in German-occupied Poland were murdered in the Holocaust.

No he didn't use the word Nazi but he was def referring to Nazi Germany. He meant the win invading France by Nazi's is the same as Bernie's win in Nevada's caucus. There's only 1 reference any could make of that. That's why so many got pissed off. Mathews is Another dummy that Inserted foot in mouth..
