Yeah thats what struck me how lazy that guerilla grow is. Ok not many people walk along there ( 2 or 3 dog walkers) its not a main path through the forest but still a shockingly bad place to put a grow (deer everywhere). Im gonna be doin a bit of hiking around makes no odds to me as i take the dog for long walks anyway. wonder if you could train your dog to find cannabis plants....

You could train ya dog yeah,let him sniff some weed then reward him with fuss maybe a treat. Repeat this a few times a day . Then turn it into a game,hide abit of weed under a cup or some such infront of him with a couple of empty cups around. When he goes to the cup with the weed under it fuss him and a treat again. Repeat this game a few times a day for a week. Dog will click finding the weed=reward. Take the game into the garden,hide a bit somewhere and let him find it. In 3 or 4 weeks you should have a capable weed seeking dog. Remember to use a phrase like "find the veg" as a verbal trigger every time you play these games,right from the start when you just letting him sniff it in your closed hands. There is one problem with this,your dog will tend to find your weed and bring it to people expecting a reward lol

Yeah have already a few under T5s. Must be a glutton for punishment. Will do them in the greenhouse but think i will take them in at night and have a lock on greenhouse door during day. I am planning motion sensors alarm around and in the greenhouse aswell but bit nervous about how much attention they might bring if they keep goin off.

I think the 3 alarms should be silent and just signal the receiver in the house. Driveway style.
I Think flood lights should be motion sensor type that you can shut off the motion sensor and use as conventional floods if wanted.
I would install a door that has a hook on the inside for a bell.Place the bell on only at night.
Put bells on any gate or preexisting entrances.

If your house is to far away for food lights add a tall post closer to green house.
Last thing ,Depending on the distance of the foot path and the range of the motion detectors you may be able to rig one up on that footpath now and see if your thieves come to water.

Mission 1. Not a great success. Just cut up my legs walking through thorn and nettles. Seems like a needle in a haystack. Was tryin to think where would they hide the plants, i was thinking must be in a hidden but sunny spot so i was looking for places with a cutting and some open space for sun etc. problem is the village is completely surrounded by forest on all sides...sometimes I feel im looking for Kurtz in the jungle. gotta sleep now. cant make any sense of it......

Consider growing in the tops of trees. I've done in 15 gallon terra cotta pots to great success....

What’s with these idiots stealing immature plants…not that stealing ripe ones is a good thing either? I lost a few spots last year and the plants were 3 or 4 weeks from finish. And they were in the ground, they cut ‘em so they had a bunch of half done herb…stupid.

I guess you got to do it like the people the Mexican drug lords send up here to grow. You got to pretty much live near the grow. Which isn't as bad as it sounds if you plan and supply it right. I did that a couple of times in my late teens, but back then they really weren't looking all that hard outside of Florida and California, and so watching the grow was more to watch for trespassers and rippers and let them know they were on private property and they needed to leave immediately. There was 5 of us and one of them own the land like close to 100 acres maybe more and roughly in the middle of all that he cleared out an area alongside a stream with enough room for a decent 5 man site and for the plants. His property was so big though that rarely anyone came up there besides us.

It takes a little bit of work and organising to guerilla grow, more effort than a weed theif would normally go to imo.
Instead of stalking the growers and accusing them of allsorts with NO PROOF, why don't you spend your time making your garden intruder proof.

I ended up following the trails from my stolen shit.. and I only found 1 plant.. that looked to be dropped as its main stem was destroyed only side branches left.... I left it there at first. and walked around abuot maybe 20 minutes in each direction.. to see if I could find the rest.. and nothing..

so right now I have 1 decent size fucker. lol.. I gotta get over there this week and put a few more out at the other spot .

Yeah like me I have just 1 plant after all the work I put into the others. Bstads. Its probably good that I havent found out who stole them yet as I have a temper. What can we do except 'ramble on'....

Yes I would like to but id end up in the Police Station where I live. I just dont have any clues to who took them. No one is singin like a canary. thats what I need...

Get a game camera or two. You could set one or two up to cover where you believe they enterered from, the green house and if you wanted to you could even set one up at that gorilla grow to see if you recoginze who is tending to it, although, game cameras can be a little pricey so not sure if you'd wanna spend the money just for that..

You can even get ones that feed a live video link to a cell phone once it detects motion, ones like that would be amazing on your own property. They are expensive and if your using it anywhere other then your own property you have to make sure the cell phone it feeds to is a phone that cant be tied back to you cause if the law found it at the gorilla grow they could easily find out which cell phone its feeding to.

Traps,,lol,,the best trap you could set is ,NEVER LET ANYBODY KNOW..prevention works better,,once your grow spot has been compromised,,you should get some male seeds, or some ,decoy looking plants,,plant them their,,and pretend your growing again,,and have your real grow,,somwhere els, try catching the theif by using your old garden as bait....good luck..

Some people would just set out a bunch of glass bottels,,charms,,anything that makes noise,,,combined with some trip wires in different locations,,if you want to be a dick,you could make sure they trip into something thay will never forget,,never physicaly hurt anybody,,but somebody who's walking on your property unannounced is a complete violation of protocal, and should atleast fall on their face for being their,record it ,put it on YouTube incase another jackass gets any ideas,,,,just my opinion,,it's better then filling up the morgues,,HAPPY GROWING..
