i understand about englishmen, but what are the dogs mad about?

It’s probably the castrations most of them have to deal with... I think it’d piss me off anyway

Second half of the shed is now cleaned and thoroughly bleach-sprayed, I’m letting the air clear tonight before re-integrating the crap.. I’m going to chuck out some stuff too though.

windy outside tonight... I do like the wind, it’s good and refreshing ... blows away the cobwebs as my mother used to say. Glad I got the shed though or my joint would smoke far too quickly.
It’s been a relatively cool summer so far, which is perfect for me. I’m not a fan of the heat, I’ll be happy when the leaves start dropping and the nights draw in

we had a few days in the mid 80's, with that heat usually comes some humidity...

but this past week the temps have been glorious, dry mid & 70's, slight breeze.

been sitting out front watching the traffic cruise on by :)

Plus you won't have the hormones you need to live amongst mountain lions.

One of the reasons I leave my male cat au natural. His mother and brother were eaten last year. And not by my Chinese neighbor.

Damn right, personally I’m hoping for at least some snowfall this year.. would be nice for little miss b too as she’s got a nearly unused sledge waiting to go.
I’ll do a barbecue in the garden if it snows good, that’ll turn a few heads

Nice. The winds are still strong here, sunshine and showers but the breeze is keeping it fresh.
As soon as it gets hot here the humidity shoots right up, so I’m hoping it stays breezy

It hardly seems fair to call them our best friends then whip their knackers off.
Ours was a rescue puppy, so it’s in the contract when you take them on

I've gotten the ol' wintertime blues and broken out the Weber for a snowy barbecue many times. When I was a kid I absolutely loved the hot weather. Summer was my favorite without a doubt, and the time away from school was nice too. Now I appreciate Spring and Fall more than ever... So many amazing things happening in nature during those seasons. Winter still does, and will always suck.

I overheat far too quickly in the summer... sleepless nights etc. Definitely not my favourite. Best time of year is when those leaves start dropping from the trees and the air is crisp imo.
Don’t mind the occasional snowfall though, we don’t get many over here :tiphat:

Sittin outside the hotel...
Noisy hotel.
12:30 am here and I know my little lady will be up at 5:30... I’ve given up on sleep tonight- can’t wait to get home to my own bed, and shed for that matter.

Home now, briefly... away again tomorrow to the beach for 3 nights in a caravan, should be a laugh, plus we’re talking my wife’s mother who’s disabled and I think it’ll do her the world of good- I will get that wheelchair down to the sea for her.
She’s not been anywhere since her husband died last year.
Little miss B is very excited, wife is happy so I’ll ride this wave for a bit.

For now, I’m down the garden in the shade with an iced coffee and a joint... the uk temperature has taken an upturn in the last few days :tiphat:

Caravan
Well, static caravan... pretty quiet here tonight,
I sneaked a couple of joints of the blood orange Kush with me and I’m having one now... tastes like red diesel.
Going to go to the beach in the morning, little lady is most excited

I'm glad the family is well and that you are able to enjoy a true holiday!!

Thank you mate, hope you and yours are well also...
hot day at the beach and funfair today, little miss B absolutely loved it, proper adrenaline girl dragging me on all the roller coasters.

We went in the soft play area and there was a larger boy trying to bully all the little girls while the parents ignored it... my mouth has a problem staying shut in such situations.
He tried to stop my little lady getting in , and was full on punching his tiny sister - so I had a couple of choice words with him and also his parents ... think that’s sorted now.
I will always protect my girl.
Fuck em.

Good job Pop!

Some people shouldn't have kids.

I'm glad I'm not the only person willing to say something.

Some things need to be said... little kids can’t usually defend themselves, so they look to their adult for help...
rubs me up the wrong way to see those adults ignore that responsibility.
I’ll get a smack in the mouth one of these days , I’m sure.

On the home front, I’ve been digging up potatoes, and harvesting beans, peas, lettuce and tomatoes this afternoon- I’ve given loads away and the fridge is still looking damn healthy.
Grilled up some steak and tomatoes after, served with some mixed lettuce and fresh peas from the pods.
Nothing like your own produce, be it food, smoke or drink... tastes better and seems to take you out of that rat-race loop for a minute.

Run out of buds.
Dang, I hate buying it... I’m waiting on my friend now, wondering what he’s got on offer today.
4 ish weeks until the next crop is in as I had an interruption in cycles which couldn’t be helped, so that put me back by about a month. I really need a more enclosed garden so I can throw some outdoor plants in to back up my stash - unfortunately it’s not a good area for that.
