is it legal to grow in texas ? what is the penalty for a first time cultivation offence , outdoors on private land ? say 100 plants?

100 plants would certainly put you in a very compromising situation. Who knows. Its on the ballot again next year. Almost passed last time

Both but they're pretty loseleaf with small possession. They spend much more time going after the nasty stuff now. Especially with fentanyl killing so many people now
