load of bollocks . my mothers partner is an ex mormon priest and a mason, lived in utah , he is actually a funny man . i call total bullshit on it all . but that is just my opinion. what do i know.

could scripture be a distraction from the essence of christ?
I burned one of the books of Mormon they gave me, the other I just recycled. I showed a little interest at one time. I have told them a few times I'm not interested, but they stop by twice a year with witnesses doing their leg work. They think they are earning their way to heaven it seems like. We are saved by grace alone through faith.

We know what we worship, you know by Spirit and signs and wonders to confirm His presence. Yes though, the Scriptures do take away from the essence of Christ, if you are trying to be perfected by them. The Scribes were known to be the worse hipocrites and neglected the weighter matters of justice and mercy and faith.
