as long as you do not serve the pasta seperate or like a pile of pasta with the goods on top lol. english folk do that. it drives me crazy .

another silly pasta pet hate i have , is when they add cream and call it a carbonara . that would be cream sauce pasta. and although very tasty it is not carbonara . haha

that could work . best to do pasta al dente seperate, and then combine and roll through and finish. garnish with fresh herbs

Congratulations. I haven't had a drop of alcohol since 2016 myself. or any drug other than weed, and coffee I guess. Not even a beer.

That's good too, fasting has many benefits. That's another habit I'm glad I incorporated to my routine. Along with dropping sugars and grains.
