They look great! Now leave them alone hahaha. They need their fan leaves. Those are hte power plants for them to have energy and grow big n fat n stinky!

Fan leaves are good, just not when they layer over each other and collect condensation or when they cover prime canopy buds!

Thanks, I'm pretty happy with them.

I know, lol, I've been pretty good and really have only taken off ones I couldn't tuck. The ones I've taken were either blocking sites or, like you had said, really overlapping and trapping moisture. I've really tried to make sure I first check if I can move stuff around to get the desired result before taking anything off. Most of the time I'm able to move them around to make better space and get lights to the lower buds.

Now watch im fill in, your going to have some great buds Snake nice work..B

Thanks Bud, I'm really hoping the GG#4 gets heavier. It's really been stretching and filling out so I think it will. Feed for 2 more weeks, flush a week and hopefully she'll come down. The JHxPB will probably go a few weeks longer.

Really starting to smell nice, especially in the morning before the lights come on. Just water tonight. Slight tweak to the nutes for the GG#4 Sunday, the JHxPB will stay the same for 2-3 weeks before tweaking. I've been using the FloraNova Basic schedule and nutes this run. It's probably a combination of the new nutes and new light, but I've seen a nice improvement in comparison to my past runs. I can't wait for fall to get here so I can bump my light up to 400 watts.

Didn't do much besides water, move some leaves around and smile a whole lot. Buds are really filling out on both plants. I'm really going to need to watch the JHxPB close to know when to take her down. I don't think she's going to take as long as I was thinking.

Run the GG#4 56-72 days. If you want to run her 70 days I recommend flushing 3 weeks, she will be more narcotic but much more flavorful in the coffee/chocolate department. So feeding till day 49.

if you run her 56 days I recommend you flush 2 weeks starting day 42 this sooner pull comes out now kinda sweet with a nice Sour Dub dominance with amazing cocoa and coffee terps in the mix. Less narcotic and better day time smoke.

Also if you want to take the first week of flush and degrade the strength of your nutrient solution you will have a smoother flush and fatter finish.

For example right now you feed your ladies 800 ppm 1.2 EC which ever you use.

But today its day 43 and you are ready to flush. Feed them 1.0 EC.

Next day 44 feed em 0.9 if you lower hte EC by 0.1 each day of the week over the course of the week you'll get down to 0.5 EC or you can do what I do and I go in steps like 1.0 to 0.8 to 0.6 and after 0.6 i usually go to straight H20 for the last week.

Flushing is the end game for the growing part. The next phase harvesting and drying is equally important as growing hte plant because you just grew this magnificent specimen but if you do not dry it properly you will get bunk medicine.

Either way when you get there, i'll be smooth sailing, gotchu Snakeman - just keep having fun and keep yourself grounded and with the proper positive intention(s) and you'll come out soo stoney :joint:

I'm leaning towards 63-70 days rather than 56. I'm going for the higher potency. Going to start ckecking trics around day 42 and try to decide then. I planned to flush the last 2 weeks and then no water for 3 days before I take her down. I'll try the nute step down week you laid out. I'll also be using the Gen Hydro clearing solution a few times during the flush.

Not sure yet where I'm going to dry her. I usually dry in the tent for 7 to 10 days with lights out and a small circulating fan bringing air im and the exhaust pulling air out. The temps and humidity in there are pretty much perfect. I'll figure something out.

Only fed them again tonight. I tucked a few sun leaves, but I didn't take anything off tonight. The JHxPB tops are really starting to fill out and stretch a little also. Should be a fun harvest. Hopefully, I'll have a few weeks between them.

Well, nothing new to report. Pretty much just feeding and making sure nothing is too shaded or to tight together. I'll probably start posting weekly unless something noteworty happens.

Some bud shots.

GG#4:

JHxPB:

Just gave them water today. Didn't really need to do much more than that. Really looking forward to harvest, I'm thinking they may both finish at the same time or only a week or two apart. The GG#4 will probably be easier to clean up after harvest looking at the plants and bud structure.

I took 3 clones off the GG#4 18 days into flowering. They rooted within 8 days and I got them transplanted into solo cups. They have finally started to revert back to vegging under 24 hour lighting. I'm trading 2 and keeping one for a mother plant.

Not doing much now besides feeding and making sure nothing is too shaded. Haven't taken any sun leaves off in a while. Still seeing the buds filling out more everyday. I'm REALLY looking forward to this harvest.

Tomorrow will be the first day of week 7 flowering. I'm thinking I'll feed through week 8 flowering and then use the Gen Hydro clearing solution with water for 4-7 days and then stop watering and lights out for 3 days before I harvest. That is if the trics look good after 8 weeks. If the JHxPB does have to go a few weeks longer, I just won't be able to give the GG#4 3 days of lights out before harvest. Hopefully if that's the case it wont have a bad affect on the GG#4.

Flushed tonight with Gen Hydro Clearing Solution. Didn't really do much else. They are really starting to smell, especially in the morning right after lights on. It's a good thing!

The lights out for 3 days is some bro science shit man. I wouldn't waste 3 days of just sitting around on the plants... thats 3 days they could be growing more and maturing better, not just sitting stressed out confused.

I honestly don't know where that information stemmed from but its quite arguably some of the silliest tied to cannabis cultivation.

What exactly will you achieve with lights off for 3 full days?

Also if you want to feed them till day 49, they'll really swell fatter. Then flush for 2 weeks till day 63, will be epic. nice colors 2

nice puppy :)

Lol, yeah I've kind of wondered about the 3 days with lights out. To be honest, I read about it in Jorge Cervantes books and have always done it since I started growing again. It's funny, there are so many things he says not to do that everyone else says to do that I think he's out of date. With this reccomendation, he really kind of contradicts where he constantly says not to stress the plant, lol.

After reading your previous reply I had planned on feeding till 49 days and then just water from then on out. I plan to take it down around day 66 if everything goes to plan. No lights out this time:)

That's my Cane Corso, Sergio. He's an awesome dog, goes about 130 or so. We rescued him from a shelter last August. All of my pets, 3 dogs, 2 cats, a bird and a turtle are all rescues. He is our second Cane Corso, after the first one we fell in love with the breed. We signed up to get notifications whenever there is one within 250 miles that needs rescued.

GG#4 3 headed bud:

JHxPB bud shots:

Fed them tonight, took 3 sun leaves to get some light to a few bud sites on the GG#4. The JHxPB buds are really starting to swell up. The GG#4 are getting bigger everyday too. Going to contnue feeding till the 16th, then flush for two weeks. Really looking forward to this harvest.

I'll try to get some pics up of the Super Sour Diesel and Granddaddy Purple that are going in next this weekend. I've contnued with training on them also.

Today is day 49 flowering, checked trics Friday night and everything is looking perfect. I was actually a bit surprised that the JHxPB actually looked like it was a little ahead of the GG#4. I really thought it would have to go longer than the Glue, but I guess not. Started flushing the JHxPB tonight, just clearing solution and water until next Sunday, then I'm going to take it down next Wednesday.

I fed the GG#4 tonight, but this was the last feeding. Tomorrow I'll start with the clearing solution for 2 weeks, then I'm going to take it down a week after the JHxPB.

Both of them are just getting water with Flora Kleen clearing solution. I plan to take the JHxPB down next Wednesday if the trichs still look good tomorrow. If it looks good I'll be taking all the large sun leaves off on Sunday and I'll also stop watering then.

The GG#4 I plan to harvest the next Wednesday. Checked the trichs last week and they looked good, but not quite ready. I'll check them again this weekend. I may move this one up if it looks like it's ready this week, but I think I may just let it go longer.

Here are the next few I have in my 'veg room', lol. Pretty sad excuse for a room:

The biggest 2 are Super Sour Diesel, the 3 mid size pots are the GG#4 clones I took about 3 weeks into flowering and the red Solo cups are clones I just put in soil. I took them from a plant I gave a friend a month or two ago. They were also taken about 21 days into flowering. They are either Fruity Pebbles or Grape Ape. The seed came out of a bag that was 1/8 FP 1/8 GA and I can't remember what kind of bud it came out of.

I'll be moving the SSD into 4-5 gallon buckets and then into the tent. One will go next Wednesday and the other will go in the following week.

I'm hoping to upgrade to my 150 watt HPS in that 'room' or another as soon as I can persuade my better half to let me. :prettyplease:

She loves me, but I don't know if I can talk her into letting me use her closet. I already co-oped our bedroom closet, it will be a hard sell to get her to move her hang up clothes and shoes again.
