2 more in the tent going now. One's a clone I took of the GG#4 I had in here the run before last. It's on day 15 flowering. It's in the back right corner. The clone I put in is actually what's left after I had it snap on me when I was trying to train it. It snapped off about 4 inches above the soil line, but because it was taken during flowering it still had a lot of branches low down. I was also able to salvage a few clines off the broken top that rooted and are looking good so far.

The other is either Grape Ape or Fruity Pebbles. It was a bag seed from a 50/50 bag. I gave the seedling to a friend and then took 3 clones off it for me. He ended up killing it during flowering, so I'm curious to see how it turns out. Today was the first day of transition week for it. It's on the left.

There's also the pollinated bud finishing up on the right. It has tons of seeds and probably only needs a few more to finish. Most of the ones I can see are almost ripe.

Here they are:

Nov 4, too lazy to see what day flowering they are:

Not doing too bad. The GG#4 in the back right is filling out nicely for such a small plant ant pot. I'm fairly certain the one in the back left is Grape Ape, but we'll see as she goes. She seems to be lagging a bit, I may have overwatered, so I'm letting her dry a few days. We've had some weird weather that contributed to a spike to 88 degrees, and that may also be part of the problem. I'll be happy when the season change finishes so outdoor temps stabilize. The GDP in the front's filling in nicely.

Thanks for the kind words. Definitely having fun, and getting nice smoke to boot.

I added the bottom half of an OG Kush plant I started a while back a few days ago. I let it go too long before deciding what to do with it, so I cut it down low and made clones with the tops. The bottom half only has 3 branches, but I figured I might as well get a little out of it.

Nov 13, clockwise starting in the left rear, GG#4, GDP, OG Kush and most likely Grape Ape:

The clones I took, 3 on left are OG Kush, 1 on right GG#4:

The GG in the back is about 3 weeks out. It's the bottom half of a monster crop clone that broke on me. I hope I get an ounce out of her but we'll see. The GA is around day 17, GDP day 12 and the OG Kush has only been in 3 days.

Well, I don't think I'm going to do this many plants at once in there again. At least not unless they all go in at the same time. Keeping track of what day of flowering I'm on with 4 plants that are spread out is a pain. With the 4 that are in there now, I should be able to have it completely, or 7/8 of the way open around mid January.

I'm going to try to decide if I want to use the clones I have, or trade them off for futures and sprout some seeds instead. I've got 1 more Blue OG left, but so far the first 2 went 0 for 2, 1 didn't sprout, the other did OK for 2 weeks and then crashed in a matter of hours. I've got some good seeds out of the GDPxSSD pollinization I did, so I may try popping a few of them and putting a female in with one of the clones I just took if they root. I'll decide in a day or so what I'm going to do.

November 19, from back left to front left going clockwise, day 43 GG#4, day 18 GDP, day 2 OG Kush and day 23 most likely Grape Ape:

GG#4:

The GG#4 is starting to purple, I wish I let it veg longer and put it in a bigger pot. I'll be lucky if I get a half from it. Glad I have a clone and made a mother plant from this one.

The GG#4 is just about done and is turning purple slowly but surely. The suspected Grape Ape doesn't look that great. I think the nutes were too strong and burned her. I stopped feeding and have just been giving water, but she doesn't look so good right now. The GDP and OG Kush both look pretty good, especially considering how small the OGK is.

I decided to pop some of the seeds from my GDP x SSD cross and put 3 in cups today. I'm hoping a few more pop in the next day or so so I get better odds for females. I wish I had more space to grow more out to see if it's a cross worth trying to fix for myself and friends.

GG#4:

That one is turning more purple every day. Planning to take her out sometime next week. Been flushing for 6 days, plan to go at least 4 more days if I can.

4 of the 8 seeds from my GDP x SSD breeding attempt sprouted and look good so far. All 3 of the OG Kush clones I took are still putting roots out. I'm hoping to put them in cups early next week. The GG#4 clone is finally putting out roots, it's going slow but they're there.

I also got small clones off a Lemon Thai plant and a White Widow x Big Bud plant earlier this week. I'm hoping they take, they look like they bounced back nicely since I took them Wednesday. I'll get pics in a few days.

December 1, took the GG#4 out tonight. I'll be harvesting it tomorrow evening, so I put it in another closet so it doesn't get any light until then.

The GA looks pretty bad, but I'm gonna let her go another week or two and take her down.

The GDP and OG Kush both look pretty good.

The GG#4:

Won't get much out of her, but it should be pretty decent quality. I've got a sister clone to this one that's much bigger that's going in when the GA comes out.

Ended up getting a bit more out of the GG#4 than I expected. Got 114 grams trimmed wet weight. Figure it will end up weighing out around 28 grams. Really wishing I'd grown her out in a larger pot.

Dec 3, the GA still hanging in there, the GDP and OG Kush look better every day:

The 3 OGK and 1 GG#4 clones I recently took all rooted and look good. The 4 GDP x SSD seedlings look good and are thriving.

I'm really glad I got so anal about quaratining when I used to keep and breed snakes. Whenever I got a new snake I would quarantine them for about 100 days before I'd house them in my main snake room. Like plants, snakes sometimes get mites too and they have a 90 day lifecycle from egg to adulthood. By keeping new ones separated for 100 days it allowed me to determine if they were mite free, or if I had to treat and quarantine for another 100 days.

So anyway, that habit crossed over to growing too. When I get clones from friends they stay in a separate room than my grow and veg areas for a few weeks until I'm sure there are no mites. I also make a habit of not going back in my grow and veg areas after I've messed with stuff in the quarantine room. It paid off this week big time, I got a White Widow x Big Bud and a Lemon Thai clone last week from a friend. Didn't see anything on them when I took them, and the mothers looked great so I started them in cubes and had them under a dome to root out. I noticed a lower leaf on one had yellowed over the weekend, but I thought it had just got stressed. Two days later the same thing happened on the other one so I took a closer look and both of them were covered. I decided to just trash them this time, didn't want to risk not getting them all and having problems in the future. Anyway, long story short glad I kept snakes and have experience with dealing with their mites.

Well, I gave up on the possible Grape Ape and took it out of the tent today. The GG#4 I had in my clone room really needed to go in now anyway, so I said the hell with it and pulled it out. Gonna take it out and trim and hang it Wednesday. I don't know what I did wrong with, the sister clone I gave a buddy did pretty well.

December 6, GG#4 on the left:

They get nothing!

Thanks for the kind words, pretty happy with the way these 3 are going. Fed the GDP for the last time tonight. No water or nutes tomorrow, then a heavy flush Saturday. Gonna go just water to the finish. Plan to flush at least 2 more times and take her down January 3 or 6.

The OGK is filling out OK for being so small, basically just 2 stems on the chopped off stalk. Made 3 nice clones with the top to fully grow out next time around.

The GG#4 is really filling out very nicely. Should get a big yield out of her.

Took the GDP out today:

GDP before last flush tonight:

Pretty surprised, hardly any larfy stuff on the GDP. For the most part, I didn't do much as far as cleaning out under the screen because it's really hard to get under the screen in that corner. I stopped feeding on Dec 18, flushed heavy on the 20th, 27th and again today. Just water between the flushes, got clear runoff daily about the 26th and clear again flushing today. Put her in a box for lights out for 3 days, seems to pump more resin into the buds, and trim and hang Jan 1.

Good way to start the New Year:woohoo:

Well, found out that I got 2 seeds crossed up a while back, and what I had thought was GG#4, is actually the GDP, and vice versa. I had noticed that the GG#4 was really turning purple from about halfway through flowering to the finish, but what I thought was GDP wasn't turning purple at all.

I had gotten the GDP seed from a reliable source, but the GG#4 was a bag seed from a female that hermed. I had kept the seeds in the same vial, but one was in foil in the vial to keep them separate and got them mixed up when I popped them.

So, the GDP I just took down was actually GG#4, and I have GDP in the tent currently. Ended up getting about 2 1/8 oz out of the little GG#4 I just took down.

January 9, GDP and OGK, days 27 and 54:

The OGK really stopped developing a few weeks ago. I should have paid closer attention to it, but I kind of lost track of it.

Turns out the mites I thought I caught, got through. So far hey are only in my veg room and I've started treating in there with SaferGro Pest Out and will also be treating with AzaMax. Since I have 3 strains going in the veg room I'm going to take 4 clones from each strain tomorrown treat again with the SaferGro, trash the leftovers and basically start over. I'll treat the new clones again with AzaMax next week and keep my fingers crossed.

Took the OGK out earlier this week, turned out pretty lousy yield wise but the buds I got are pretty dense.

I was able to get the GDP that's in there a bit more spread out under the screen and it's filling out pretty well. Gonna be some open spots in the screen and some larfy stuff under, but I can live with it.

Jan 21, day 31:

The clones I've got with mites didn't do as well as I hoped. The GG#4 looks great and should be ok if the next treatments work as well as the first ones. The GDP and OGK clones were much smaller and didn't make it.

Planning to start some seeds this weekend. I've got one Blue OG from the 3 I started with. One didn't pop the other popped, did great for a few weeks then crashed in like 2 hours. So I'm hoping third times the charm.

I also got some more seeds from a Jack Herrer x Purple Bud cross a buddy produced that did really well for me a few runs back. I was bummed after that one finished because it was really nice, but I didn't take any clones off it. I was hanging with another buddy who had grown one out and we were talking about how nice it was. I was complaining about not taking any clones and he said he still had 10 seeds left from the ones he got originally from the guy who produced themm. He gave me 5, so I may also try a few of them.

Jan 24, GDP day 41 flowering:

Looking decent. Would have done better if it had been in there alone from day 1, but I was pressed for time and space and had to squeeze it in early.

I popped some seeds a week ago, only 1 JHxPB and 2 SSDx GG#4 made it, but they got put in cups today. I started these ones directly in the rooting plugs and the ones that popped put really nice roots out.

I also took 5 clones off the GG#4 big clone I had in the room I saw the mites in. The other smaller clones in that room I trashed. Although I never saw any on the big GG#4 clone, I still treated it 3 times with 2 different products. Still haven't seen any on it so I decided to make some clones. I'll flower the big one out next as long as it's clean.

Jan 31, day 48 flowering:

Flushed today. This week will be the last week of feeding.

When I was flushing today I noticed that when the water I poured in the pot was pooling and being absorbed some very small white creatures of some sort on the water surface. At first I thought I was seeing thing's, but I got down for a closer look and they were definitely alive. They looked like extremely small grains of rice. If anyone has any idea what they are I'd love to know.

Seedlings look pretty good. I doubled my lighting and was able to get the light right down on them this time so they didn't stretch like others. Hoping they're girls.
