Holy shit Mac! Best pic I've seen in ages! Love me the look of those beads on a string. Seen it in Destroyer pheno too as well as Grinspoon of course.

so skinny ,
i realize folks love that shit cause it seems to indicate its a pure nld ,
but i assure you there are not all like that ,
id wanna see sams input on what he thinks of this plant ,
im betting he says she is not a keeper ,,
yield so low , there is better to find in those genetics surely ??

sorry mr mac , im not a believer in the more skinny they are the better they are ,
sometimes it takes a good amount of plants in those more difficult types to find the more productive ones ,
and the ones that can tolerate such a foreign environment from their own ...

i realize the final test comes down to the toke ,
but i just had to have some input ,
skinny is not always better ,

we grew lots of thai stuff and landrace sativa in oz in the 80s and 90 s ,
there were some skinny plants , we generally tossed them , because there were much more productive types among those seeds ...

well I know I know... ;-)
but I'm not a commercially grower... I'm a connoisseur grower...
and I know from experience that commercially grower often toss the best because of less yield ;-)
that's a truth... did u ever really test the skinny hazes?
I like to check all my own crosses and other with some friends....
it's the best test you can do... just don't tell what it is and let them decide...
I did never care what other say about that or other strains I grow...
there where also some speculation about the haze#19 ... mixed with WLD... haha

so finally I don't give a f... on what others say about ...
everybody believes in her/his truth hehe

for me count's only the smoke test...
I never care about yield... because it's soooo lame!
potency is what I'm after and than taste...

Potency and yield are not everything.
I found a skinny Seedsman's OHaze pheno too. Was one of the strongest and tastiest, but I did not like the high.
For me it was not worth keeping (longer than 2 years). Life is to short, flowering times so long and there are so many Haze seeds to explore.

potency & effect is what count's for me @ the end...
sry for not being clear about ;-)thxM.:tiphat:

ain't that the truth - and thats why u gotta grow your own - what commercial grower is going to keep a shitty looking/low production plant going... the answer ... they ain't... and some of the best shit we ever smoked looked like shit...

smell is now very interesting... sweet with metallic note and a light haze note... maybe I don't know rootbeer but from description may fits best... because of the sweetness... can't wait to smoke her hehe
x-mas me think I will sample her first... :)

All that tip curl, and running foxtails is a sign she could look WAAAAY better... and get fatter..... Possibly rootbound , and getting too many nutes with frequent waterings. Possibly the humidity is too low causing nutes to curl/burn tips, and locking out so the nutes stagnate and build up. So you end up with leftover nitrogen far too late in flower. She probably would have finished 2 weeks faster if done right too. When they are rootbound they tend to start throwing running foxtails. Anyone else have more input on the topic for me... I'm still learning, but thats what ive experienced with 16+ weekers...

thx for input but the curl happened just in the last weeks and on old dead leaf's...
because she got less water @ the end.... dry out syndrome ;-)
for my haze's I don't feed ... just 30l. and a light mix ... works very well :)
thx
M.
