If I had choose 1 person to idolize in the cannabis world it would be Dave Watson. Would love to just pick his brain and listen.. hah wish he was my Uncle or grandpa, lol honestly though I think he has more knowledge than any other 1 person cannabis beside Rob Clarke. It’s weird but because of the laws etc.. he was the only person alive to work so many plants. Incredible.

Well it’s legendary for a reason & I’ve asked YoSammy about it and indeed it’s powerful stuff , he says he gets him extremely baked..You really have to hand it to these guys who’ve preserved it over the decades (and still do) …at great sacrifice

nothing but respect for Sammy.

yet, it is still not good like toms haze... lacks a lot compared to it.

edit: when most will grow indoor, that Sammy cut will be preferred, as it is very very easy to grow. it is same with ole dutch hawaiian haze cut. few grew it as being pure sativa cross, it was very difficult to grow it properly. was superior to northern lights hybrids.

haze is haze, and haze hybrid is haze hybrid... from Sam or Tom we have real haze. when northern lights are mixed in, it is more trolling than anything to call it a haze.

like Sam said, that thing with northern lights is not doing it for him. I have same experience. when you dont know real haze, it is good, but once you tried exceptional phenotype of real haze, you forget all those northern lights hybrid quite quickly.

Nevil didnt rip off sam....sams been thinking that nevil sold the female cuttings he gave him to sensi for huge money all these years...wen infact he didnt, it was the haze male from the earlier sold seeds that ben took....nevil only asked sam for cuttings thinking sam may have come up with some good females from his half of the older seeds...he didnt know sams half didnt pop an the cuttings would be from the dozen or so 76 seed.

those seeds tod has come from some 2009 reproduction....the 76 haze was already ibl...it was mostly the silver blue type an true breeding...thats how it was first described in Holland by sam....there wernt no 9 week stuff in those......tho sam has said other inputs were added at the end of production....all commercial haze seed production was done in Holland....so take from it what you will.....tod never saw the earlier haze....even in Holland.....he started coming over around mid 90's

The thing i dont like about Todd dark is how he continually attacks a person he only ever met for an hour while still trying to milk the fact he met Nevil in his favor lol.

The Haze19 x was not offered until later than when Tom purchased the OH from the Dutchman shop "under the counter". Without peeking back 2-3month Tom quoted RCC that Haze was made from several difference landraces including Thai. Only recently have I ever seen Sam refer to OH as pure 3 way lumbo. It was always Col/Mex/Kerala/Thai or a mix of and Sacred Seeds offered a few different hazes early on before Sam went to holland.

That has always been Tom's claim and he was also raving about it for about a week before he was abducted, again.

That plant up there and below is a "U2" from original release of the R&R series from MNS - @2011/2012 IIRC...... Now having grown every haze cross from Scott over the years, there's no way the parents listed as U2 are the genes within this plant, phenotypic expressions or not...... It's listed at 9-12 weeks, this plant went 9 additional weeks after this pic below and wasn't fully finished but due time constraints on my end I had to harvest her, which are the pics you see earlier I posted...

Anyhow, I had ordered pretty much Scotts entire catalogue and Simone botched the order so he had to re-send and IMO, many things got mixed up, and for the better.... Having grown pretty much every pure haze out there and countless other pure Lumbos, Thais, Laotians, Cambodians, Africans etc., this is as Hazey as it gets, smells like it, looks like it, POI is like it, smokes like it, etc..... it's a duck , my new Haze duck.....

THH - I always thought the word on the street was Tom used Deep Chunk along the line somewhere to speed, fatten, maybe even purple her up (say what), then just bred back to OH a few times...... The splitting hairs about questions nobody is ever gonna know for certain about what's in the secret sauce cracks me up, just grow it, smoke it and if you like it use it....... Personally I dream of the day cannabis is listed by country and then a letter or number code, but instead we're left with wedding cake gelato #37 and 400 experts who can tell you exactly wtf that translates to.....sigh

the laos mango haze part probably came from my stock gh,
me and ledo traded some seed a while ago,,
i still have some interesting ones to try from that trade ,

i really liked the zameldelica mango haze cross he made
it was a beauty indeed ...

you did make the mom cross; one of the plants from Laos/Mhz x 90 Ohaze smelled identical to a board aromatic cedar, I've smelled cedar on plenty MJ plants but nothing even close to that one in particular - I used the aforementioned and made asian haze too which is a fun cross - (Laos/Mhz x 90 Ohaze) x Cambodian 2....... IIRC.....

But our mutual friend the duck (the other duck, you odd aussies ) got the recent Colombian/African x Polynesian I made along with a bunch of other gear and I included extras of pretty much everything for you....... it's so damn good, vigorous, pure and tasty, as good a satty as it gets and unique from any seedbank, ever....
