Several people like Todd have my seeds and are using them for seed production, you need to ask if the seeds they call Original Haze are only from my seeds? I am retired so I do not sell seeds anymore.

Sam Skunkman, I’ve grown your cultivars form I began and still have some. I will give them special treatment when germinating.
Best genetics I’ve came across. Awesome breeding material.

Happy they are used, they are amazing for breeding hybrids, and with luck you can find a female and maybe a male keeper that produces what you love.

basic tips like required lighting like 11/13 or 10/14 to finish , I am in cocoa as a medium and I’m using Cana for coco nutrients...I can supply plenty of wattage if needed ... veg then sex then take cuts and flower out the cuts? what else:dancer:

This is from MadMac:

"short veg time... eg. 3 weeks... than flip 12/12
keep them in small container like 1 gallon until they really start to flower
than transplant in 4-5 gallon pot's and use root stimulator first watering and after 2 weeks agin...
keep N out so much you can... haze loves underfeeding and is very sensible ... better less than one time too much...
when flowering really starts give P only ... no K needed yet...
start low and give little more every feeding... like every 5-7'th day
until mid of flowering... eg 6 weeks... than reduce in 2 weeks to zero and now give K only... same thing... start low and raise up...
until week 12 max... than stop feeding and let them yellow out the last 2-3 weeks ... only water and molasses if you like... gives good taste...
the problem with da pure haze is...
you always feed too much... because you think it must be great ... so you force the plant to being great... works with indicas and some hybrids... but not with pure sativa...
pure sativa loves low feeding and not much care...
often it's overdone... and if you do a feeding too hot... eg EC 1.2 is the limit... you burn the tips and the outcome is also not optimal than...
the plant suffers...
so best is watch the leaf's...
and use EC meter ! not more as 1.2 EC or they burn
never use the dosis that's recommend for the product...
it's always too much... less than the half as advertised...
if possible use organic... like biobizz etc...
hope that help's :)
haze forever
M."

I didn't wait to clone this time but also did not top if that matters they started to show sex around 3 weeks and one just showed ~4.5. All 5 were females from Todd McC.

Also feeding 1 time a week ~500ppm like 2-5-4 ph 6.5. I see one that is starting to show a bit of light green so I will feed more now. RO on blumats the rest of the time, keeping them a bit on the dry/light side. No signs of over Fert so far which is what I am trying to focus on. Don't feed N or they will def shoot through the roof. I am using a small bit of cal mag and 1-5-4 PBP soil bloom also happy frog soil.

The tallest one started getting some trichomes on the fans but they are really just getting going. Still seem to be stretching but I did bend over the tallest which is also that one with the trich's. Not really picture worthy yet.

Harvestreaper that looks great how are they doing?

Cheers!

Do original haze lines tend to produce more females than males or is it a closer 50/50 split when observing large enough populations? Much love

Sam are you planning to do any haze work to preserve Haze and improve it by that i mean increase the % of quality plants that a set number of seed will give.

I know from reading all your posts threw the years and that of Nevil n others that grew your seed that the further Haze gets from its original creation the less she shines like she once did.

I know your retired but what is the future of Haze or what would you like to see happen in regards to haze.

Will we ever see Haze seed from Sam or will it be Haze seed from Todd and that's it.

the 7 haze males 90(4) Seedsman(1) and THH(2) are also still alive until i'll know the outcome.. there is one 90' OHz male that has amazing resinous results when crossed...

I would go in the other direction. In fact i'd prefer to flower all drug cannabis around 13/11 if i had the extra 7-10 days required to do so. The extra time shouldn't bother a haze farmer you've already sold your soul lol.

The longer light will take a bit longer and produce higher yield of more superior crop. This is the secret to the worlds historical drug cannabis sweet spot production areas. And why for example thai flowered under glass in californias 10+ hours of november has never equaled the same flowered under hawaii's 13+.

I don't think the photo period matters as much as intensity, if you run 10 hours of light but get an accumulation of 20-30 umols versus 12 hours at the same accumulation it makes no difference to what the plant can absorb or produce imo.

I dont know man again hinted at in '78 by rcc and i do believe it pans out. You can greatly impove late november pulls in high latitudes with mere fluorescents extending photoperiod, but check it out yourself.

Makes sense. I read on mns forums that in order to grow haze outdoors in Holland they started light dep in June because if the went longer than October the sunlight was not good enough to pull quality.

i never see those girls flowering on our longest days , (same lat as udonthani , one of the sweet spots in thailand where a lot of thai stick was grown)

they didnt plant the thai crop until the monsoon was starting to abate , at that point the day length had already lessened , probably closer to 12 hour days ,

and likely the plants were harvested just before the days started to increase in length ...

ive had hybrids flower any time of the year here , but sativas just dont like flowering on those longer days in my experience, they are very sensitive to small changes in day length and will only flower successfully as the days are decreasing in length ,
unlike the hybrid indica cousins who care less about that ...
