6-29-14 PRed Update

Hi all,

I just repotted another one of Wesos beauty's into a 20 Gal pot. The first and largest one is now 60inches from top of soil and 49 inches Wide!! (See Grande)

The second largest, transplanted today, is 48inchech high and very wide. These are believed to be from Lynx and supposedly ACE stock we think or possibly one of Kaikis. I wish we knew!! Its a gorgeous plant.

The Stash PRed is from a brother known to me from SSC days maybe 15 yrs ago now who generously gifted some seeds and they look to be what my original seed stock from Panama was like. I only have 3 and praying for a male.

The 1974 PRed is I think th e same as the one I grew and also very nice structure and will be one of the next to be transplanted into a 20 gal next week. These guys are some thirsty plants!!!

I am feeding mostly organic tea and some light foliar about once a week.

Best vibes
GG

So beautiful your plants- Green Grocer. Thank you for this thread.

Thats how I remember the Cohiba from Hermano Castroman. I miss my friend Castroman and wish him good health and Many Blessings.

Mustafunk- I am still trying to figure out this forum and if I can send private messages. I am happy to hear of the Jamaican Lambsbread OG. I am grateful to my European, South/North American, Canadian, and other who have been so kind and generous with me.

7-28-14 UPDATE -

7-28-14 UPDATE -

Hi all,

My apologies for slow response and also for being so behind in sending out some "gifts" to friends who are in dire need. I have been so busy in RL its been difficult to catch my breath.

This past month in addition to being busy in RL, I have a smallfarm to tend and plants to transplant, breed, take cuttings and keep track of everything. else as well as keep documents.

Ok so excuses aside, here are my results and observations:

Group 1 - Wesos PRed from Lynx thru Rahan - This seems to have two main phenos, one dark green bushy with tighter internodes and very hardy. One is lighter green and longer internodes with longer and later flowers appearing. NO MALES - which makes me wonder why so possibly feminized. They do not look like other PReds I have grown and have very interesting structure which has thinner leaves but at the same time bushy features.

I have mated one of these plants to my beautiful Red Oaxacan (Indica - IBL?) and also one to Stash PRed which looks like the closest thing to my7 original PRed.

Largest plants are 6 to 8 ft tall now in 30 gallon Smartpots. ALl organic feed.

Group 2 - Stash PRed - Thank God had a male and female so will be making more seeds. Im really looking to follow up grows. ALso very healthy wider leaves nice green shade between the light green of Group 1 and the Olive Green of Group 1. DRINKS HEAVILY njeeds LOTS of room for roots.

Group 3 - 1974 PRed - Smaller plants much as I remember the 1974 but still not one male which leads me to believe this is NOT the original plant but has been feminized sadly. Very Bushy, wider leaves becoming thin at top but shorter stature for a Sativa (3 to 4ft).

Group 4 - OAXACAN from PRED2000 - I had 3 plants, all of which are males. I have made cuttings and gotten them to root. The plant is gorgeous with red stems that actually "bleed" red. I thought this was made up until now. The Male Flowers are variegated with Red and Pink Shades. Beautiful Dank smell, not too strong but intoxicating.

Group 5 - 12 Finger Oaxacan - My belief is that this is some sort of hybrid. I would hope ElChischas can chime in at some point. There are no plants with "12 Fingers" and not even 9 fingers, most fan leaves are 7 fingers and it is tall and so far columnar but has just been transplanted and may become bushy when given the room. No Sex showing yet.

I am having fun making cuttings trying to save mothers and fathers and keep everything alive. It my busy work schedule it has made it next to impossible to get much else done so again to those who wrote me angry letters about my late mail with seeds... my deepest apologies but I will get to you asap.

Best vibes to all

GG

Such a beautiful garden you have there my friend... all the plants look outstanding and I love that red Oaxacan, so gorgeous! It's a pity you got all males. I bet Charlie would love those, he's looking for nice Oaxacan studs for his lovely single ladies lol.

Vibes.
