Update is in the works! God is blessing us with a good light steady rain today! Went out and worked the soil and top dressed with Garden tone yesterday! Everything that was ready to be pinched got the top pinched! Put down a new ring of Liquid Fence Granular! Cloudy weather is forecast for a couple days. Its the perfect time to pinch so there's no lost growth time. On cloudy days, the plants don't do as much growing, and the soil will stay moist, allowing the roots to recover from working the soil.

Stay tuned for some more views! Enjoy! :smoke:

Yeah! Its crazy, even organic products can have pesticides because of drift from other fields! Heavy metals are from past inorganic fertilizers I think.

Thanks for stopping by, Water! Its fun to watch them grow! Enjoy the show!

Going out to plant veggies in the porch planters. Once that's done, I'll be inside to finish the update. Just woke up from a little cat nap. It was much due, I was out at the plot last night until about 11, got up and went to church, and then I had some fresh sausage gravy, eggs, and organic hemp and whole wheat bread, plus its rainy and quiet. I love sundays like this. Day of rest in June! Much needed rest, I work hard all week and it was hot!

Found a new phenotype, its a house indica part of the line I call Sweet House Indica. Its Not real overpowering, just a little stronger indica witih dense sweet indica smelling flowers. :smoke:

Once legalization hits, we mail each other buds, and help distinguish the phenotypes in our breeding programs! :smoke:

Had a couple rounds of light rain today! Perfect timing! This is turning out to be a great season! I almost decided to not top them yet and I was thinking about not topping at all. I decided to top like normal since 2 heads are better than 1. OGBUB said topping once this time of year generally improves yields. I was thinking of allowing them to get more momentum and see if it works better. This is when you want to do it. Topping once at about the 5th set of leaves is best from what I can tell, and I think that's what OGBUB recommended.

Soil was wet when plants were first dug, so working the soil will help stimulate roots! Looking forward to next weeks visit!

Check out a couple more views!

Thanks for stopping by guys!

Coming along great buddy! Beautiful photos and gorgeous little plants. Those will be some real beauties come fall. :canabis:

Thanks brother! Its a beautiful time of the year! Plants are on the move with the long days!

Today is a high of 61F! Will slow them down for a minute, but there's a couple inches of rain on the horizon for next week. Will be fun to watch! Glad I topped them before this week. With a couple days of clouds and rain and a couple cool days, it wasn't a real productive growth week anyways. God is with us! Jesus opens my eyes, and he gives me sight! Stay tuned guys! :smoke:

Time for an update! Plants didn't get as much rain as I thought last week since working the soil and top dressing. It was just a tenth to a quarter inch. But as of today they got somewhere around 3.7 inches and its still raining on and off! Weather service says for the 7 day period "Repeated rounds of rainfall, heavy at times, could lead to moderate widespread flooding this week.
So we will be getting at least another inch it looks like maybe more! Need to get the soil mounded around the stems!
Going to be piling soil around the plants as soon as it dries out, but the garden is raised up and on a slope so its helping them to breathe! This is the perfect spot though, when it dries out, this area retains moisture so the plants never stop.

Garden is growing really well even with a little clouds and cool weather this week! This is God's garden, I pray over it. I kneel at the feet of Jesus, at the throne of God. The Lord is taking care of us!

Looks like pruning back the trees and brush helped! I don't want to speak to soon, but the animals have been leaving me alone! I had the dogs out there a lot hunting, got my fence put up and repellent put down regularly. I make sure to mark the territory myself while I'm there. The chewing animals seem to understand! Now we see caterpillars, but I've only found 2 or 3.

Got a whiff of fresh cannabis herb at the plot today! Looking forward to harvest! Rain will be sticking around on and off this week, so expect to see the plants do some growing! Even on the rainy days, they seem to get some sun. They love it dry, they love it wet, herb is tough!

Enjoy the new views! Caught the wave right on this year thanks to Almighty God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ! Thanks for stopping by to check it out!

Thankfully we're on a hill! The ditch is working well! Glad I piled soil on the edges to fix the water problem or the garden would be soggy on the edges. The water just runs off the plot now! I got a chance to watch the water flow around it because a storm came through right before I got there.

Being on the edge of the agricultural Corn, soybeans, wheat rotation field, there is a potential for drift, but its minimal especially with the big maple and other brush separating it. The water runs across the surface from the low area of the field about 30 or 40 feet away, but my plot is up on a higher plane. It still gets a little bit of moisture retention. There's also a grass buffer strip with brush, so I'm thinking any runoff will be well filtered before getting to my plot. Some people grow right in the field. Just needs to be the cleanest medicine possible.

I've been blessed guys! Always pray! God our Father is wonderful! :smoke:

I mentioned before that my plot is on an incline but it is still muddier than a pig pin. This rain is nuts.

Its pretty wet. Its good to get that digging done earlier, but not too early because the native plants need to grow out a little first.

Yeah I was thinking, if you were farming and needed to get your crops planted, its getting to be the end of planting season. If you don't get them in before this week, its too late in the season for some crops. Aug 15 is just 2 months, 8 weeks away! Looking forward to flowering cycle! Like I said, I got a smell of the garden already! Plants are on the move! :smoke:

Thanks! Right on schedule! God is good! Got to get to bed! I just want to go to church. That ought to be a song... My pastor wrote one, he's a good old boy from Mississippi. Walk with the Lord! Humble yourself and follow God today! Jesus is the way! :smoke:

Thanks! Yeah I was surprised since they didn't get any rain, but it was plenty wet beneath, and working the soil and top dressing allowed maximum oxygen to the roots. I'm telling you, even if you don't fertilize, just working the soil helps because it helps air and oxygen get to the roots. Its like core aeration for lawn care! I put like about 15-20 lbs of fertilizer on the plot

Man it did get cold this week! It got down to 61 or at least 63 I think here!

Got to get to bed. The outdoor fathers day service at church got cancelled, but still need to get in there early to fellowship about family stuff going on.

Glad you enjoyed the update! :smoke:

Sun came out today so thought it would be good to snap a few updated shots! They're on the move now! Got some repellent put down, pulled weeds, and stood plants up with soil! Actually they were all standing up pretty well, a couple were just leaning a little. I as impressed how good they looked after 4 inches of rain in the last day or 2!

Here's a few views so you can see what they did after the sun came out! Enjoy!
