one on right has pink pistils, is more slender, pale green leaves lemon aroma. one on left has dark green leaves, orange pistils and is more compact with strawberry aroma, real strong, penetrating. very worked on strain. much love to everyone who has taken part in it´s breeding. first time with this so can´t say anything of taste, cure, effect or much else

The panama was choped out

The panama was choped out

Hi everybody,

I ccame back with a little bad news, the branches that broke,
past wednesday start to rot in the tips of the buds, brownish color
and when you put out was soft and wet, well I removed all what I found and decide to cut today the whole plant because I was afraid
that can spread everywhere, has good color the rest, I am sorry
for not being able to go the weekend, but you know some party and
I never think that can gone so fast, so these next days I will come back with more photos with the plant drying and I will explain the place, I don`t know if I will need something to treat her because
like I told you I found rot brown buds and although I removed
I am scared if it propagued and destroy it.

Any help It`s very much welcome

Thank you

Hi elhecho,

Thanks for sharing your outdoor experience with Panama, you found a real interesting early flowering and resinous pheno :D

It's a pitty that some branches broke, we had quite bad weather in early Sept ... strong rains and winds. If a few branches are broken is better to harvest them (although they are not fully mature) instead of leave them in the plant, if there's no enough salvia reaching the broken branches then they will easily rot in a few days under the sun and outdoor conditions, hope a big part of the plant is alive so you still can have a good harvest.

Hi, Dubi

Yeah, like sugar¡¡, very happy, I hope the next week come back with photos drying, as you said we have very bad weather but in my place
I think the worst, was the epicenter of the ciclogenesis plus my little experiencie..., but I learnt for next time, anyway this plant is delicious, high grade quality, in other words you see easy the heritage :tiphat:

Thanks and all the best

A small Panama Goddess clone planted in August, she is a hungry girl, can eat a lot but easily spends all the nutrients to produce big flowers.

In the pics with approx 25 days of flowering, starting to form nice colas since past week, long elegant sativa pistils. Resin doesn't come so fast like with the New Malawi Killer mother but aroma is much stronger, very deep lemony incensey aromas.

One question for the ace lab :yummy:

Have you ever mixed the killer malawi x Pck with this panama,
if you did it, which plants do you found?

Hi elhecho,

We are testing different combinations between Panama and Malawi to try to find the best possible F1 hybrid between both lines. Panama goddess x Malawi New Killer and Old Malawi Killer x Panama goddess probably are the 2 with highest potential.

Some Purple PCK x Panama hybrids are being tested too and the results are so far very promising.

The concrete cross you comment (Malawi/PCK x Panama) hasn't been made yet, but it would nice idea to take a real strong purple Malawi/PCK, with balsamic lemony aromas, and cross her with good lemony incensey Panamas, MP47 x Panama goddess comes to my mind. I'm sure the outcome will be real good.

Reddish/Pinkish Panama pheno

Here's an older red/pink Panama parental plant, in early flowering (3 weeks), grown outdoors from clone.

Yep, the flowering of the very reddish/pinkish pheno starts like this, especially outdoors.
It's not due to cold, it has been very hot since it started to flower.

It not only depends on the pheno. The pigmentation of the pistils also depends on many factors. For example, the same Panama goddess parental plant, being grown in the same climate, latitude, temps, moisture, etc ... is showing a bit of pigmentation in the pistils here when is grown in soil in guerrilla style, although the same parental plant it is not showing the colors being grown in a pot:

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showpost.php?p=7144133&postcount=1506

Just for reference, Panama goddess with a bit of pigmentation growing outdoors guerrilla style. Planted in late July, approx 25 days of flowering (sorry for the blurry pic, it was very windy).

Dubi,

I saw in your photo album you have pictures of Purple Panama.
What kind of strain is this? Is it related to the Panama you sell?
Seems like a hell of a strain.

I am guessing one would have to purchase their "PANAMA BREEDER'S PACK STANDARD" in order to find a heavy purple pheno. Again guessing but seeing the break down of the genetics it looks like one would have to run the "Lemony/Incensey: F10 green/purple Panama elite x F8-F9 males" beans in order to find a purple Panama. It's the only version of Panama that has the F10 green/purple genetics in it. You can also get the green, the reddish/pinkish, the purple one or combinations inbetween. Once you find that special one make sure to keep it . Wish I was taking clones when I did my Oldtimer's Haze but can always do more and make them even bigger, can't wait. Good luck in your quest if you are going for the purple pheno, heard it's rather hard to find. Sure Dubi will clear things up, no doubt he's the man :tiphat:.

i thought my "orange" pheno would have been purple pheno because very deep green leaves. maybe it is, just not in indoor temps, or this stage(7th week of flowering)?but yes. breeders pack of these, malawi too. i just want to go through packs and enjoy good genetics, for i´m convinced that all the phenos/lines are worth their salt
