The New Caledonian Males are now showing pistols after all sacs for a bit (well 2/3 are one still hasn’t confirmed sex yet which is wild as now at 18th node) I’m not so sure how I feel; I mean preference would be firm males but at same time males that have pistols isn’t such a bad thing, certainly better than no males….

After I harvest, dry and cure, I leave the buds in a canning jar for a couple of months, I then vacuum seal them and freeze them. If I have a good stash, which I always try to have, the frozen buds might be that way for 2 years before I get to them.

Do you have an after harvest process that you go by?

Just my 2c, unsolicited so I apologize.
I had 5 female New Caldonia. Out of 5, 3 had anthers (bananas). One was only a few but the other two had alot.
Now this was inside, that's worth noting.
Just my recent experience. Figured I'd mention this since your doing selections with the line.
