OUTDOOR GROWS 2024 ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE-

The girls soaking up the sun. I think we got up to 88°F today. I gave them a good watering before I walked the dogs at 5:30 this morning so they were prepared for a hot day. I'm sure glad I supercropped them when I did as now I have 4 tops at about the same height and nice short plants. They're only 30" from the ground. I'm not trying to grow trees. I don't need that much weed. I still have some of last years outdoors and plenty of other stuff.

I had topped the plants for 4 main branches and then supercropped the top 2 to let the bottom 2 catch up. The ones I supercropped were trying to straighten back up so after I took those photos I tied them down. I also took out some of the middle secondary branches. They were large enough to clone so they're sitting in a jar of water until I get around to putting them into some coco to root.

I usually don't do any training and just let my outdoor plants grow maybe topping once. This year I thought I'd have some fun and do a combination of HST/LST training.

I have this one plant that has some fasciation going on with one branch. I probably should have cut it off as soon as I noticed it. But it's the first time I've had this particular mutation so I had to just let it grow. That way I'll have first hand knowledge and not be reliant on pictures and online information.

In this instance it seems to have a negative effect on the entire plant. It's the same seed stock as two other plants and the same seed stock that I have grown before and have shared with several people. This has never shown up before. Just a random mutation that occurs on many species of plants randomly.

I've had two plants from one seed, the triploid, Variegation, and other mutations but never fasciation except with a Sunflower.

It's all twisted up but now it's turning back to the outside of the plant. It was turning inwards but now it's turning outwards making an "S" shape.

That's it at the bottom of the plant.

It's the plant on the right next to the same strain on the left. It's a pretty significant difference.

I was thinking about trying to clone a branch off the fasciation but it's just leaves growing out of the stem.

time to start transplants with survivors, that blew up! Plenty of soil to think about how i wanna play this...maybe a few in 12g, we're far into june so going bigger than 12g probably a waste as they'll flower in a month.

Was blessed with a pretty good rain Sunday morning, got 0.4 inch, so didn't need to water. Had chances this week but didn't end up getting more than a tenth or 2. Got missed several times, but thats alright. We have the water we need and sometimes it gets too wet when it rains a lot, and it can promote disease. More chances for rain this weekend, and later in the forecast, so hopefully I get a break from watering for a little while.

God is taking care of them! He knows exactly what they need.

Plants are really taking off. Weather cooled back down for the moment, barely getting to 80F for a few days. July is forecast to be above average temperatures, so get ready for a hot summer!

Update on the landraces in Sweden!

Quetta (Paki landrace) are thriving, they are about 75-80 cm (30 inches) now. No sex yet. They will 3-4x it size while flowering.

The Lebanese landrace, one is down due to Ph. One male collected for pollination.
The third is about 1 meter tall, a lady. Pollination ahead.
Really beautiful!

The autos are beginning to show pistills.
Will pollinate Lebanese x Candyfloss (Sour dieselxKosher Kush)

Really hot weather here now.
Gave them water and nutrient (bokashi, kelp, Green fuse bloom and Bat Guano.
Waiting for the rain!

Had some heavy storms come through last night. Did a little super cropping for me lol. Now there's 3 tops instead of 1 . Figured I would start training a bit today.

To me it really looks like it may have been inadvertently hit with a little 2, 4d weed killer, it has that tell tale flattened twisted stem. 2, 4d is a common broad leaf herbicide used in lawn weed and feed .I've seen this effect on many plant including trees.2, 4d is a growth regulator used as a herdicide .But maybe not just saying

There is no chance of that as my entire yard, garden, indoor grows, are completely chemical herbicide free and have been for decades.

I would never purchase or use that stuff. My entire property is chemical free. It's bee and bug friendly. I let the birds and predator bugs deal with all the bad pests. They don't get them all but I just accept any damage as part of growing outdoors. My property is a sanctuary and safe spot for bees and other beneficial insects that are indiscriminately killed by applications of chemicals.

No 24-D here.

I understand what you're saying but I'm leaving it alone to grow and do it's thing. I've not had this mutation before and I want to observe it's development. I've seen photos online but it's different when you have an actual specimen. It's for science.

In my experience oddballs are surprisingly stable.
