A couple of shots of some three month cured 26 week OTH.
May be hard to see but there is a large amount of resin which makes these bud very sticky to handle. If you squeeze them just the slightest they hold that shape.
Buds are a nice mellow golden color with small amounts of red/orange.
If this was bricked and nobody told me I would think it was some of the same smoke going around in the late 70's - that's what it reminds me of.
This has become my go to, my hello and good morning, and my lets get some work done! Its the all rounder and I'm looking forward to growing it again. I learned some stuff from my last grow, next time I should have it dialed in.

Yea, that is high quality 70's buds there in terms of looks. Guess it smokes like high quality of that era too. I already have a bunch of seed strains but this looks like it has a place in any future purchase options.

I have green haze x thai 2013,very hard to germinate, maybe i will take a Oldtimer green haze, o Oldtimer haze mix...
willydread, My Green Haze from last year were the same. Dubi said if that happens just to put it straight into soil, or rockwool. I was dubious, get it, Dubi ous but he was right, the first GHT I didn't use papertowl, just straight in the rockwool and it worked like a charm. Good advice Dubi.

Hey vinrusso, you are right! :) I put three seeds in the ground, and are germinated in less than two days! Thank you!!!

Excellent choice Ethiopian Sativas are amazing both in yield and spiritually. A great strain to grow and work with. I just ordered some from Ace to try working with the strains and seeds I brought with me from Ethiopia. Hope to outcross and then stabalize with backcrosses down the lines this year and next. Have some of the similar length Sativas to try developing the Ethiopian with. But Mama Ethiopia Sativas are HUGE YIELDERS really!!! Enjoy!!

Hi willydread,

We recommend to germinate oldtimer's haze and its tropical sativa hybrids directly in soil with warm temps. Thanks vinrusso :)

Hey everyone
I live too far up north for a haze but there are hybrids…
I already ordered kc x haze with the hope for a pretty pure haze experience and really looking forward to see it growing and growing
For this cross purple haze was used, from reading this thread I think I'd prefer green haze but I'm sure both are great
I almost would have ordered green haze x Malawi if there would have been a fem version
Panama haze fem uses green and purple haze
But both would be very hard to finish outside for me, but I could take them inside by a window for the final 2-3 weeks
Anyway my question: which is the quickest green haze cross? According to my research panama haze and green haze x Malawi or are there more?
Which production won't be affected as much by cold and lack of sunlight, which tends to finish earlier?
Thanks for your expertise

Hi 48N,

Haze x Kali China and the discontinued Purple Haze x Purple PCK are without any doubt the fastest flowering straight Haze hybrids we have released, and the more suitable for colder climates.

The Haze x sativa F1s (Panama Haze, Purple Haze Malawi, etc ...) have longer flowering times and are more suitable for indoor growing or for outdoor growing in a warm autumn.
In our official strain descriptions we state the maximum latitude where our strains can be finished outdoors.

The sparser/airier looking stuff got too much nitrogen... (which i thought at the time was a small amount!)

the more spear shaped buds got only the left overs i the soil from a summer crop...

So next season i'll give them NOTHING!

see how they like it....

Hi rexamus616 :)

What a beautiful Purple Haze you have outdoors! :huggg:
Congrats on the harvest.

Oldtimer's Haze indeed demands very little feeding, especially when she is grown outdoors planted directly in a rich soil.

Wish you enjoy with this experience!

Dude they don't want anything it seems I gave them 1/2 strength soil and nutes still too much. Good stuff though even though it didnt go as planned! Mine was indoor, more trich's and darker purps. Glad I made f2's with a short medium blooming male. Those are keepers for when I get to be an oldtimer! Dark berry earthy musky incense flavors and smells. Old School.
