I have no idea on the measurements. It's just what I ended up with. Oh yeah i remember. Sorry I'm very 
high right now. Been like 2 weeks since I smoked since i'm dry as can be and I decided to go dusting with my little facial hair brush... I know it's sad. Got up a small bowl though and it was a lot like kif which is a plus.
Anyway I lost OG at the exact time I started constructing the box. So I ended up changing the measurements to something else I think.
Anyway Stevr man-
Those buds are looking tasty. <-Very Jealous... Going to be a long time until my runts get anywhere... Fucking sucks starting from scratch..

Hey guys just an update. I basically got my box setup, but I have a question. What kind of wood are you guys using to make it so its light proof? it looks like its a 1inx1inx(length here) I don't know what kind of wood it is, but looks like thats the best solution since u can put the weather stripping on that.
I didn't cut all my board to straight but so I have gaps, unfortunetly one of them is on the door, so i'm going to try and figure out how i can get around it. I'll try to post pics soon.

yeah dam shure is tasty just got done eatting a firecracker yummy ohhhhhhhh just somoke some pop corn buds before going in the curning jar and it was very smooth but didnt have much of a tase to it but got a nice body/mind high not as stroung as the out door crop i had quess the outdoor crop was the pehno i was looking for but missed it.
yeah home depot has it.. its just 1" x 2" pine furing strips me i had a ton left over from the hurricae hell got a big pile in the back yard looks like i will buring it up this winter and dont feel bad about mesing the door up i did the same thing and i use to bulid cabnets lol.Kreat said:

When my sweet wife and I did my cab, I had it already designed before I went shopping.
I had exact dimensions and had the guys a Casa DePot cut it for me on the 8' planer saw. It was beautiful.
Just a thought for those in the future that might find it interesting.

Hey everyone - sorry I went dormant for a while. Started looking at some other posts that were regarding my serious temp issues... 
Ambient temps have been quite high so it makes it pretty hard to reduce on that. However I just put a 4" hole with some 4" dryer ducting on my hexagonal reflector [Pontiac's Post] and attached it to my vortex fan. It dropped the temps by about 7°F I believe. However, that still wasn't enough because I was at 96°F at the peaks of the day heat and now i'm staying between 86°F and 88°F. I'm thinking I might change my light time so its on in the evening when it's cooler and off in the day. Or perhaps it will go back in the basement... I love having my grow in my room! 
Everyone/Minds - I say go with minds on this one. Let someone else do the hard work. Bring them the dimensions and have a pro cut it for you. Then you don't have to spend so much time on the hard part of construction.
Stevr- Yeah that weirdo pump is .. a pump lol Funny looking but ridiculously quiet. I have another wally world pump like yours that is probably 2 or 3 times louder. This blue one was like $20 or so at petsmart. A bit pricey, but I figured a 20gal pump would be nice for my 7gal tub to make super bubbles.
POMH - You got it right on the money - same manufacturer.
Kreat - Man you may want to start over. These cuts need to be very precise. Mine are very very very close and I still have a lot of light leaks on the door and have all kinds of weather stripping all over to stop it, yet a tiny bit still gets out.
Floor Holes**** - Anyone using drawer slides on the NGB box - 1" Drill Bit makes a nice hole in the flower below the slider and wont leak light. However its important that you do it towards the middle as close as possible to prevent light reflecting and going back down and showing on the floor! That's what I did..
Seems like there's just one new battle after the other.
My temps are still too high now @ 87°F and ambient temps tonight are pretty cool (76°F or so). I'm going to have to get surgical here. Any advice would be appreciated!
P.s. No I can't take off my carbon filter. I'm going for complete stealth. I'm still working on the light leaks. Sound is very very quiet now with all the ducting. Accidentally muffled the sound! Right now cooled hood works like this. All Flower Chamber air goes into the reflector, then into the ducting, then into the fan, and the fan blows thru the ducting, and thru the filter into the utility room. There is a nice sized hole in the back of the utility room.
Lastly - I created a new germinator for cheapasses! Total Cost - $1. Check this out. 100% Germ in 20hrs. 2 EZ! Never have I seen this much ease, this much convenience, for this price. I came up with it on a whim and it worked! All you need is 1 paper towel or napkin. Cut it to 4 layers - two on bottom, then put your seeds on it, then 2 more on top. Then soak and drain so its not dripping wet. Then - Cut a 20oz bottle so you have the first part of the bottle neck off and you have the bottom part as well. Its like a super-mini hydro dome. Pics say it all really.

Well what i plan on doing is making those 1"-2" door stops, and then im also going to be adding in a curtain to block out any additional light so I really will have two light barriers, then I also have a black cloth covering the box. I'm pretty close to finishing, mihgt need 2-3 more days, just need to get those little pieces and put on another lock.
hey every one just checking in all is well on the home frount useing a live cd of knoppix wich is a linux OS hey its working well to be running off a cd. if any one wants to play with it its free off www.knoppix.net dont have to install any thing just boot off the cd and ur there a linux os that works. and if ya mess any thing up remove cd re boot and ur back in windozes again,
