i actually played it cool last night so i would not gas out before the football was over
/still working on getting into game shape
had a bunch of drinks in the first half/ pre-game and then hit the ice water
/plus i had a pizza and made some chicken nuggies and tater tots!
thats cool you see some hawt chicks when you go out and who knows what could happen
yeah, wht happened to the other guys? we will see who stops in but i think you are right, its the beginning of a new football season and i am look forward to hearing yours and babas taeks!

Fields didn’t throw an int, it was KJ walker that did, and yeah that was a bad throw, I thought he’d be the primary backup but peterman and the 4th qb looked better than him. We’ll see, preseason can be deceiving.

I do remember svengoolie, is he still doing new shows? Man’s gotta be like 70 by now. He’s entertaining but I don’t like horror movies, even old ones, so I always took a pass on his shows.

Pizza and football is my fav combo, pops, sounds like that pie was top notch.

Training camp was in lake forest, where Halas hall is (their practice facility and team HQ) a northern suburb in lake county. Really nice area, lots of trees and wild flowers, very scenic. A lot of players and coaches live in the area, lake forest or in one of the nice burbs nearby, half million dollar houses and up.

Yeah I saw most of stetson’s reps, he showed why he was so successful with georgia, even tho he’s a small dude he gets the ball out quick, good accuracy, adequate velocity on the shorter throws, and just enough athleticism to extend plays when needed. He’ll probably get a lot of playing time the rest of preseason, and as a mature guy (25 years old) with plenty of college starts there’s hope he can move the offense if stafford is out for a series or two.

i was actually impressed by steston, you could see he was kind of shakey at first but settled into the game and actually made some nice passes
lets hope $tafford can play at least 12-14 game this season but we will see, im not sure if Stestson is the solution but he seems to be off to a decent start
i would like to see some out of the rest of the team, a lot of the wr you will see this preseason are going to be playing this season so we will see who ends up where on the depth chart
so the piazza wasnt that bad but it wasnt the best, i got what they called a brooklyn pizza: no sauce,spinich, sun dried tomatoes, olives, onions, ricotta garlic and extra motz
its like a variation of a white pizza but they have better pies
i think im about half way through their menu and am having fun with it, plus iwth coupon its only like $20 for an 18" pie
i also have this coupon for free boneless wings with purchase, i did the math and the wings are like 8-9 bucks; with the coupon i only save $4 on the pie so its a total steal!

Given the nature of the game, u almost need a competent backup QB in order to be a contender. Andy reid was able to coach up the backup QBs on the chiefs well enough when mahomes couldn’t play. Bills still won after josh allen hurt his elbow but if he had been able to rest for a few weeks maybe they would have gone further in the playoffs.
Maybe the ideal situation for the rams this year is they trade stafford to a team whose starter gets hurt, play stetson the rest of the season, he gets experience but they finish with a bad record and then have an awesome draft.
Good decision on getting the wings next time, that’s arithmetic for you. Pizza and wings and booze and weed, sounds like a good time even if the football game is boring.

You did a tree job in lake forest, and it was a grow house? That’s upscale as far as grow houses go, Hawk, but maybe they do that because the local cops are less nosy.
So it’s Svengoolie’s son doing it now? Might have to catch that sometime. I think ur right pops, they play a lot of sci fi movies too, not always really scary ones, plus the older horror movies are real tame compared to the ones nowadays. I guess I should grow up and just watch the crap but I don’t like jump scares and the cheap thrills they use to make them entertaining. What about the Saw movies, did u guys like those? i saw a couple of those saw movies but i could not tell you which ones, it was the one where the whacko gave people a choice like would you rather burn to death or knaw off your wenus thats chained to the radiator?
not really my thing and the story got pretty lame
same with those scream movies, the kids used to like those

the rams have gotten really top heavy between $tafford, donald and kupp and there is no guarantee that $tafford is going to play 12 games this year
he says he is strong in training camp but we will see what happens when things kick off
yeah it is hard to meet new people hawk especially for social misfits such as ourselves

Yknow, if he’s playing well and some team with a good record has their QB go down for the year, I could see them trading for stafford if the rams don’t ask for much, like a 2nd rd this year and a 3rd rd pick next year. I think he’s ‘only’ due to be paid 32M/yr for the next 2 years so that’s a decent deal for a good QB, if they got the cap room. But the rams themselves would have to take a big cap hit if they trade him, would probably have to trade aaron donald in the offseason to clear cap space. On the other hand, that’s more picks, could probably get a 1st for AD.

Ive had that giordanos spinach pizza, ur right for a veggie pizza it's pretty fire, got some garlic in there, good flavor.

I dressed up a costco cauliflower crust cheese pizza last night, put some roasted bell peppers and broccolini on it, pepperoni and provolone slices. Turned out pretty good.

saw the highlights from the chiefs game and it looked pretty good with kamara running hard and carr driving in the fast lane

yeah the last pizza was kind of salty with all the sun dried tomatoes and olives on it, we got a simular pie w/o the olieve and sun dried tomatoes but they had meat balls on it and it wasa lot better
im mainly looking for the ricotta with extra motz and then some good toppings, like a dressed up white pizza

we will see waht happens with $tafford this season and i hope he can have a good season

The 49ers traded their #12 pick and 2 future 1st rd picks for the #3 overall pick in 2021 in order to draft trey lance, and the guy who was the last pick of the draft the year after is a better QB than him. Life comes at you fast.

It’s better to get something of value for AD now while he’s still in his prime, before he falls off with an injury or age. Plus it clears cap space, they cant afford top free agents with no cap space. It is hard to say goodbye to a franchise legend tho and probably the best ever to play at his position.
