Brock seems to do a lot better in home (and the one neutral site game in Mexico city) games than away games. His home stats are average at best, but his away stats are the worst in the league. And yet theyre 6-4 and leading the afc south so...could be worse. Still, for what theyre paying him, they should have 7 or 8 wins at least.
Lions are 7-4 and are on top of a division with a bad bears team and vikings and packers squads that have talent but are deeply flawed as well.
The thanksgiving games were ok for the most part, the 'skins and 'boys game was the most entertaining to me (high scoring, somewhat close). Can't complain when you have football from morning to night.
Those are some good looking caps there, Herman.
Packers seem out of sorts this year; when the offense was good, the defense was bad, and vice versa. They won this week vs the Eagles, but theyre still two games behind in the division with 5 left to play.
Dallas at Minnesota tomorrow night, that might be an interesting matchup if Dallas doesnt blow them out.
Niners at Bears this sunday, in a race for the #2 overall pick. Someone's gotta win...
It´s bad, in german tv they show only 2 games. The first at local time here 19.00 o clock, the second one 22.30 o clock. The second one is to late for watching complete. So I have to see Miami vs. Baltimore.
Oh sorry, Bababooey I didn´t saw that you wrote something to me. Well the Packers are not very good this Season. Do they still have a Chance for the Playoffs?
A merry advent time to all the football fans here on IC!
That's a disturbing gif, blazer. Jerry's head on boy's body in front of 3 dudes who are way too happy to be on tv.
But the Boys clinched a playoff spot after 12 games; a couple more wins should clinch home field advantage through the playoffs for them.
Speaking of home field, 6 straight wins for the Raiders, theyre 10-2 along with the Pats. Wonder if these 2 teams will meet in the conference championship game; anyone remember the 'tuck rule' game?
Packers are 6-6 and play the 'Hawks next and then the other 3 teams in the division; if they do 'run the table' i imagine they would make the playoffs at 10-6... That'll be 8 years in a row of playoff football for the Pack, equaling New England...
The rams will have to win 3 of their last 4 games to reach 7-9 for the season. But looks like they have a QB now?
Herman, have you ever tried using Acestream player and finding NFL acestreams on reddit . com? I know there's a bunch of livestreams on reddit but most of those have popups and stuff; acestream seems to use vlc player (an open source player thats very popular as an alternative to windows media player or quicktime) and when you find a viable acestream the picture is usually high def and free of popups, etc. I use it for mma fights and basketball games...
You'll need to download the acestream player. Once you find an appropriate acestream link (will either have the acestream symbol - a blue and white cone thing - or start off with acestream:xxxx), copy it, go to acestream player, media tab, open acestream content id, paste the link (bunch of numbers and letters), hit play and it should buffer and play.
There's a good thursday night matchup tonite, raiders (10 win team) at chiefs (9 wins), with the afc west up for grabs. Loser probably still gets a wild card playoff spot at least.
the only loser in the afc west this year is san diego
/i would not be suprised if the chiefs and the donks get in on the wild card
//wait whut?!? raiders win?!?
it looks like the chiefs pulled a rabbit out of the hat against atl this week, winning on a two point play int
hot teams play big this time of year and both the raiders and chiefs are red hot and getting hotter
denver has the inside track tho being the defending super bowl champs
and can the young blood in dallas sustain their efforts?
the playoffs are a whole nother' level and their D was exposed recently against the vikings
this has been a great season so far and its about to get even better!
AFC West is rocking this year!
I am worried about the inexperience of the raiders playoffs wise...on paper...they shouldn't win the Superbowl this year...but they very well could be that upstart type that goes on a run...Carr is doing things under pressure we haven't seen in awhile...I won't bother running thru a list of his stats and boring non raider fans...but look up that shit...he ain't playing like favre...he's playing like Montana! That's the kind of thing that can take a team that shouldn't win a championship on paper straight to the top...
gronk going down fares well for the raidah's shot at the big game for sure, carr is playing lights out...I'm stuck trying to figure out who to start this week on my fantasy team- carr or ryan...both are solid options but I think I'm rolling with ryan since carr plays thursday night, unless it looks like the turf toe is going to keep julio off the field on sunday.
The chiefs have been good ever since andy reid took over; that was a great hire by KC.
The cowboys had a tough game once the vikings rediscovered their defense. Yet they gutted another win out. Their defense isnt the strength of their team but it seems to be doing just enough to win games, enough for a franchise record streak at least. Does anyone think if the Boys wrap up home field by, say, Game 14 or 15, that they'll rest their starters the rest of the regular season?
I havent seen Derek carr play this season, but didnt he have a 500 yd game last month? It's hard to put up points against the chiefs, but it should be interesting to watch.
I'd go with ryan against the rams in LA. Carr is playing in arrowhead, which is projected to be around freezing at kickoff. I guess being cold isnt as bad for throwing the football as if it were actually snowing, but that plus the chiefs defense, i dont see carr putting up big numbers.
damn, that looks terrible from copy/paste lol but KC is allowing a buttload of tds(only the jets failed to throw a td on em). I hear ya on the cold though...I feel like kc has a better shot at staying in the game which keeps the ball in the air though... playoff...second guessing madness I swear LOL #1 seed doesn't mean shit if you lose in the first round of the playoffs!
Well, when you put it like that, whadeez...
Is the last number the rushing yds by the qb, minus sacks?
Both KC and LA got worked over by the Saints with Drew Brees; other than that KC gave up a big game to Roethlisberger early this season and a big game to Denver and Siemien (surprisingly) a couple weeks ago. But i see your point; KC's pass defense doesnt seem that much better than the rams, if any.
But if a team falls behind big, doesnt that mean they throw a lot to catch up (not when the game is close?). Thats why blake bortles put up good fantasy numbers last year and this year...
If it makes any difference to you, espn rankings of fantasy qbs has Ryan at #4 and Carr at #14 (out of the top 12).
