litebuzz,
i appreciate the timely response. unfortunately she is in a spot where her discresion lies in her indiscresion. translation: shes in one of those spots thats so in your face that you never bother to look that hard at it. basically my only two options are hack her early or keep my fingers crossed. depending on whether or not anyone tells me i HAVE to hack her im just gonna go for it.

As my homeboy zoneberg's book reads "No Guts No Glory."

nice

nice

i took my pliz into the garage for the night, just to be safe. but i dont think it will be cold enought for long enough to hurt them...
anyway litebuzz those look sweet..good work
quick question, what is better hacking and hanging the whole tree or just hacking the branches and lettin those hang??

well as you can see in the first pic...they are all nicely trimmed and individually hung to dry. that was 3 plants...then i decided i would go back up the mtnand get all the others ...mind you at this point its 10pm...i almost killed myself coming down with these trees, i'm sure i would have been entertaining to watch. i was laughing the whole way down. so if i had the time i would much rather trim then hang to dry...but i think its a personal thang. i just finished roughly manicuring them but left them as trees...well except i took the first 1.5ft off separately to trim up. i have a pile of trim...and my bubbleator is on backorder til tomorrow....i hope it comes within a week!
geeesh i ramble...i guess i'm stoned!

Brad Lee, hope you left her alone. I PMed you. A killing frost is usually in the 20's.
Great haul, litebuzz! :woohoo:
If you can, freeze your trimmings til you get your Bubbleator. Frozen trim works best I find.
If we had harvest awards, Id nominate you for best 1st time NE grow! Well done!

mold has started so i harvested almost everything. left a few lower branches to ripen and 1 whole plant that had no mold at all.

dont know the strain, i picked the seeds out of a bag i got from a local small time dealer. i found 8 seeds in a half ounce and decided to plant them. i grew them in an organic soil mix, and i used neptunes harvest organic fertilizer.

weirdo things in the paper around here latley...over 100 warents were served in a local city arresting more then 80 crack, coke, and H dealers.........
and then right below that in a local town some dudes were boped with 135 lbs in a field....prolly weighed the whole plants but whatever... .and the shit of it was the dudes father was the one that tipped off the popo before he asked his son about any of it.....keep your mouths shut :yummy:

as far as my lady...i wish i had more pics, but i just have been lazy with the digi......hairs are finally turning colors and i cant wait till i can get the chain saw out....im prolly gonna have to give her untill the next real cold weather, but im so excited

took a look at the ten day forecast today and it looks great for me. I hope everyone has the same good fortune that i seem to be having. very interesting post abut frost put up by some canadian, i would recommend looking at it if you are like me and freak out about the chance of losing your babies to old man winter.

ramero, well done

highlighter, where have you been, man. can we get an update with some pics? your crop is more than enviable and i enjoy it somewhat vicariously as someday i hope to have a crop like that.

litebuzz, goes for you as well.

Brad Lee, thx for the kind words. Probably a better photographer than grower. I'm thinking I'm only gonna get 3-4 zzz. Biddy's have been drying a wk and have shriveled right up. All my herb will be high quality tho!
Pics tomorrow or Sat.
Stalldaworld, speaking of wack shit, did anyone see Fox 25 last wk? They kept showing this 49 yr. old dude (I think in Methuen) busted w/ a whole houseful of growing weed. He had over 100 lbs packaged up! He's soo fucked! Apparently there was a botched burglary (wonder what they were after? )
ramero, way to grow! You all done for the season?
Dave, you sly 'ol devil! No pics to share? I know you prolly yielded more than all the rest of us!
Litebuzz, how your eyes and fingers doing? :smoke: I'm jealous of you getting a Bubbleator, but w/ all that trim, it only makes sense. Worth the extra bit more over labor-intensive bubblebags. But that's what I got...
This time of yr. has me thinking about next yr already. In a stoned bit of madness I bid and won beans @ Seedbay. Going african next yr and growing out RM's 'Nigerian Nightmare' and Ace's 'Congo'. Don't even know if the Congo will finish, (needs to the end of Oct.), but worse case I hit up some NN bitches w/ Congo pollen. Of course if my Biddy breeding takes, Ill be growing that out too.
If your interested in what got me hot on Congo, check it:

hey all....i don't have anything really to report...the plants are all hanging to dry and its been a week....still not ready to jar. i have no clue on yield. the high is great though. i vaporize. there's a few plants that just have this fabulous taste...like piney turps or something. hard to describe but its delightful! kinda freaks me out that i have all this stuff in my attic though. i'll feel better once its all jarred up and hidden.
thanks highlighter for the kind words! i'm honored. you have some great buds going on from what i can see! yeah that guy in methuen is defintely fuked for sure. 100 pds...man he's going away for a long time! i must admit if this wasn't illegal then i would make growing my career...lol. but then again if it was legal, the cost would be zilch so there would probably be no money in it. figures!
great going everyone!!! i still have 2 outside...gonna let them go as long as possible!

gonna check the remaining 1 and a half plants today. will post some pics when i get a chance. busy documenting my mushroom grow. i dont know my yield yet and really dont care but lets just say i can puff at will all winter and into summer. nevermind the hash and oil i will make this winter.next year i will do a huge grow like the old og thread as i have found a new outdoor partner for next year. i still will do a few hidden ones that only i know about tho just in case. my old grow partner has finally gotten a green thumb and is now doing his own thing.{edit } ok maybe 2 pics. its hard to get it all in 1 pic without compromising security by showing possibly identifying pics of my pad.and i aint piling it up on my lawn for a shot LOL. this is prob half

if it was legal it still would be profitable altho the goverment prob would tax and regulate it like tobacco. i make legit growing my career already.veggies flowers ect.if it became legal i would clean out greenhouses real quick and replant

^^^ Yeah, even if the state legalized medical grows, I'd be 1st in line for a permit. But I ain't holding my breath...
Looks like the pantry will be well stocked, SML! Surprised your considering a partner again!
Bit of rain last nite woke me up and I had a hard time going back to sleep, worrying about my babies in the wind & rain. All was OK today. I think 10 more days would be optimal. Did see a few amber trichs today, so I'll be monitoring them carefully. No mold sightings on the RW's so far.
Here's 2 RW's. The smaller one in the forground got dusted w/ Biddy pollen. I chose her because she was the only one w/ any pronounced branching prior to flowering. Turns out she's one of the frostier ones too! (2nd pic)

This last one is the seeded lower branches of the Biddy. She's just a wee bit past her prime, and it kills me to let her degrade further, but worth it for mature seeds. They were pollinated 6 wks ago this coming weekend, which is my usual benchmark for mature seeds.

wasup all

highliter - lookin nice...
We got a bunch of rain and wind here last night as well. all i can say is it was a good thing it came at night then durring the day my girl needs as much sun as she can get, im kind of nervous about not getting here all the way there. I looked at the forecast and everything seems to be allright. i just want it to stay sunny and warm for as long as possible considering i started at the end of july (lol)

well brad lee let me borrow his camera so i got some new shots.. :joint:

oh baby

oh baby

so first a little update

sorry it has been a while since my last post but my daytime visits are very limited. the buds have really swelled on my plant. unfortunately i noticed the first little bit of mold on the top cola of my plant. i pinched almost all of it out. weather next week seems to take a turn for the worse so i actually plan on harvesting tomorrow night. this brings me to my first question, is it okay to harvest at night? or should i try during the day?i know my plant probably doesnt look done but its supposed to rain and be cold all next week so i figure better to do it now while i still have a nice looking plant. oh and another thing, th smell has developed a whole new element. up untill today the thing simply stunk like a skunk was shitting on it, now, while the skunk smell is still there when you are far away, when you get right up on it there is a distinct citrucy smell to it, the only strain i can liken this skunky citrus aroma to being my homeboy crimedogs sour diesel. well enough talk heres some shots
