The plant count case was in Colorado Springs I believe. There's no way they're going to loose it. It says in the constitution that each adult can grow 6 plants and each med patient can grow at least six so if two adult med patients are at a house they can grow 24 with nothing to stop them including county plant limits.
gonna have to give a lil more info about the plant count case, inquiring minds want to to know
Any one have any idea on what type of air filter will filter the thc out of pot smoke? I don't think that a normal filter for a forced air heater type of system would be enough. I'd think about something along the lines of a HEPA filter or a carbon filter like we use for keeping smells in check.
What do we have to look forward to?

As to the Donald, he claimed that marijuana is going to be states rights but his pick for AG is not saying that. That's bad news for industrial growers and sellers on the rec side especially, and maybe on the med side. If you're just growing your personal the feds will never go after you in Colorado no matter who is president. Heck they feds don't touch anything less than 1k plants in Colorado, Cali, etc. unless it's a long running investigation from out of state.

Dunno about your 1000 plant number but the feds are def death on shipping out of state. They busted a shitpile of people in Pueblo county last year.
I really don't see how per household plant counts can stand in the face of the per person language of A64. The med side of it may be a different story. Dunno, as I'm not involved.
On the rec side, I think that one household group standing up for their rights in court will kill the whole effort. Per person plant counts are black letter Constitutional law.

I heard before moving out here there was a shitload of idiots form FL moving to Pueblo due to the cost of living being reasonable cheaper than the Denver metro area. To the point if you state your from the dangling infested penis of the US you get watched hard core due to the blatant ignorance to the laws pertaining to counts.

dont take this as "legal advice"
but alot of people who put up a lil fight end up having the case thrown out, not the same as not guilty/winning the case but you dont have to worry about the "charges".
but
if garden is cut by pigs then case is thrown out - gotta go thru another case against pigs to get paid for cut garden - not as common at all as cases being thrown out.
