I was told by two different people that the plant limit court case by rob corry was won and plant limits are null and void in the state now. I can't find shit about it at all.

oh shit
do u know the name of case? that would be best way to look it up "officially" like the name of defendant & prosecutor.... rob corry office can't answer, that's weird.

I don't know the name. I gotta try to get a hold of one of the people that told me. I already tried a court docket search and nothing came up.

I think you're allowed to keep whatever amount you harvest legally, even if it's over the possession limit, could that be what they were referring to?

I have tried everything but calling Rob corry's office. I can't find a thing. It has me thinking it may not be true.

If it is true, you would expect that there would be a great deal of press coverage, or at least some kind of mention here or there. If it wasn't true, I wouldn't expect to see any news on it

Decided to just call his office and they can't give any info out, so now more googling.......

If they say they can't give out information on some thing, that would make me think that what ever said case has not had a final ruling yet and is still on going even if they are waiting on a judge to make ruling.

Maybe this has something to do with another case and this is just part of said case and isn't getting the attention that the rest of the case is getting.

For those that argued this wasn't going to happen and that the State constitution says what it says.

http://www.denverpost.com/2016/11/14/colorado-governor-marijuana-gray-market-danger-enforcement/

Told you so...

We all know where Hickenlooper stands! And we all know what his answer is to the grey market... The fact is he and the rest of the elected officials don't have enough sense to try to reach out to the "grey Market" and bring them into the fold, instead they are going to continue with their drug war tactics.

Mass non-compliance when?

"grey market" is an excuse to shut all of us down.

Its like the "war" on "terror"

terror is not a tangible thing that can be destroyed.

similarly, describe to me the criteria against the "grey" market that, once fixed, we can go to relative normalcy?

Or is this another fight meant to never be won, only constantly fought against?

Hell, the way its going, they'll just keep trying to make us illegal in one form or another until we FIGHT back.

We're already steadily going to where you cannot be fully legal.

If they crack down on all the local growers because we've all conglomerated into the same states,
maybe I'll go to the country in the middle of Wisconsin or somewhere that nobody is ever looking....

I know one thing... they're not shutting me down.

It really is bullshit. I love how much strength the State Constitution holds.

caught me mid edit HA.

>inb4 muh constitution

It holds power only in the hearts and minds of the deluded who believe it offers them some protection.
They act like its invincible.
It is not.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supremacy_Clause
The Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (Article VI, Clause 2) establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the supreme law of the land.[1] It provides that state courts are bound by the supreme law; in case of conflict between federal and state law, the federal law must be applied. Even state constitutions are subordinate to federal law.

Even state constitutions are subordinate to federal law.

And again, we are back at my primary point of contention.
Complete and total non-compliance.
When you get down to it, not only are these people irritating you with their imposed "law" and we are paying them for the privilege.
Running and hiding in the few remaining spots of unincorporated land doesnt help anyone and we are then part of letting them get away with it via inaction.

In my opinion, everything from here to "dont break out the goldfish and chee-tos just yet" proves that this comedic shit show of a governor does not represent out interests, wont uphold the constitution we voted on, tries instead to stand in our way at every turn and should be removed, physically or otherwise.

Am I the only one looking forward to this?:

All going towards making big pharma more money and shitting on the little guy. I'm surprised home growing isn't illegal yet with all these bull shit laws they keep passing.

Well, I pulled down my last plant today...The cold yesterday finished it off. Hopefully i will be done trimming late next week.
