What news org do I have to fallow to see how the "marijuana questions" are doing? I want to hear more states legalized it!

Florida passed medical
Maine and mass are ahead for legalization.
Arkansas is barely winning medical
Arizona is saying no to legalization
Nothing from Nevada and cali yet

do you mean re-scheduling to sched 2? feds can do that anytime, will be bad news for CBD hemp industry and possibly bad news for med programs everywhere.....

fed laws only need the word marijuana removed from them, not "new laws" like is the trend of cannabis law reform

I read trump wants to reschedule to 2 and yes indeed medical in all states would be fucked.

I'm talking about every thing! Yes, it will add another lair to the current legal and med state laws. I'd think the first on the list should be the D.E.A., they need to remember who their masters are, we the people. They need to admit that cannabis has medical uses, because now there is over 51 percent of the states that have medical laws on their books.

The Feds need to resched or some thing. Granted scheg 2 is not where it belongs

Alcohol prohibition ended after 8 states re-legalized booze. It would be nice if cannabis prohibition was so lucky.

I'm looking forward to the day there is interstate trade, or you can cross state lines with weed on you.

You can fly with weed as long as you are flying between states that are legal or medical. All of the kids fill there bags when they fly back east though. :)

This.

I cannot support reclassifying to schedule 2 until you are allowed to grow poppies and extract opium....

IE: schedule 2 is still far too restrictive and NOT a step forward.

Have to laugh at Palmer Lake...Vote yes to tax retail sales, Vote no on allowing retail sales...
Bet they are planning how to spend the money. This country is really getting scary.

Add on; BTW Both were showing 64% vs. 44% on the local news...How did that happen??? I smell fish.

At least Pueblo is still backing. They even saw through the flaw in the tax question and shot it down...Up to %15 w/o any further voter input. They would have supported the tax if city council hadn't pulled that add-on.

I'm waiting to hear of Denver's ballot issue, (something)300, to allow smoking in some public places.

The Denver Post has been saying it's to close to call just yet, they are also saying ballots will not be finished being counted until or by monday.

If it passes, I think we could see a state wide ballot question in two years for the rest of the state. But we'll have to get at least 55% to get it passed since the other ballot issue that makes it harder to change the state constitution passed which means you need 55% to pass anything.
