My second grow - Northern Lights from nirvana

how long you will keep them in veg ? after how many days (weeks) you're gonna switch to flowering?

I don't have an exact date as to when I'm going to switch yet (I play it by ear), but approximately 1 more week or so. I want the switch to 12/12 to coincide with the very first feeding of flowering nutes. So, around day 40 or so since I threw some seeds in a water cup.

The plants aren't really tall at all, approximately 5-6 inches I'd guess, which is how I want them. I don't know for sure how tall they would be without the bondage, because the main stems are growing horizontally and not vertically.

Thanks. Maybe i am stoned but mine looks like it has sharp ridges on the leaf and then if fattens out and gets smooth. I really like the color.

I am thinking of going maybe a week more so that would be 35 days since seed.

Thanks ! I'll be switching soon also, so we are almost on the same schedule, just a week or so apart I guess. We'll both be smoking some nice buds in a few months time if everything goes as it should. Good luck to you also !

DAY 37 - Last day of veg

If my cabinet were slightly larger and I had the room for larger pots in there, then I would have liked to veg for a tad longer, but I don't, so vegging is done for now ! Tommorow will officially be day one of 12/12. I changed around the whole setup tonight, right before lights went out, so everything will be ready to go tommorow when the plants wake up. The only thing for me to do now is sit back and find out which plants are males and which are not.

Thanks a lot, appreciate it ! I'm just hoping for average luck, two out of four would be great ! If I get three or four, then the weakest looking ones will have to meet their demise. If I get one, then I will put that in the largest pot possible and see what happens. If I get none, then I will jump off of the nearest highrise building. (just kidding, lol). The height of my cabinet is 3.5 ' (104 cm). The entire dimensions are 3' x 1.5' x 3.5' (L x W x H). Good luck with your grow.

SEXING

Ok, I believe that I've been able to identify the sex of three out of the four plants so far. I'm not 100% sure about the last one yet, because I don't really see any pistils or balls on that one yet. Any second opinions on the sex are of course welcomed, because I'm still a noobie pothead grower.
